Yeah, I'm in agreement about the defense. Grossman may not have been "great," but he didn't cost us that game (at least anywhere near as much as...), the defense did, and I found it very harrowing that what made the Bears the team they are and what got them to the Super Bowl after 2 amazing seasons actually went south in the THE most important game of the season, the one to win it all. I hate to sound cocky, but I say if the D had been as it was all year, the Bears win that game or at least have a much better chance.
The Colts played good, credit is due, but they played far from great, IMO. That first quarter was horrible for the Colts. I suppose I shouldn't say that for the whole game, but the Bears hadn't got a first down in... what? 22 minutes? And they gave UP how many? It's actually pathetic the Bears stayed in it so long when you think about it. And you can't give all the credit for that to the Bears.
