I don't think Hester will ever be a decent CB, he is horrible. He was horrible in College and I don't think he is going to improve in the NFL. Of course there is a chance, but I seriously doubt it. As far as where he was drafted, I still think the Bears selected him too high even after seeing what he did this season. Hester would have been there in the third. The problem with kick returners is they can be great one season and then the next you wont even hear about them. If Hester can put together another amazing return year next season ill label him as the real deal, as for now I am not going to get my hopes up because the kick return game is a huge question mark from year to year for a returner. Hester is still one of my favorite players, loved watching him return kicks while at Miami.

As a Dolphin fan I refuse to see them get slighted in this mock draft.. I looked at the forum and realized that you didn't use the alternating pick rule, the Dolphins should have pick 39 of round 2, not pick 41
