Anybody that has been undefeated for however many years take your game online and youll see theres people out there a lot better than your friends. I dont think confusion is the issue. The only reason those forums dont do well is because of the lack of traffic but if the correct topics were put in the correct forums I would hope thats not too difficult for people to follow. The reason why it doesnt work now is because since nobody ever posts anywhere else nobody ever checks it. The water cooler thread only has topics about buying a used minivan and wearing shorts in cold weather, which is why nodoby ever looks there.

Maybe Peyton Manning aside I dont think there was one player in the league last year that was as important to his team as Favre. Grant isnt going to have anywhere near the success he did when they were strictly a passing team. Driver and Jennings are nice receivers but they both severely benefited from having a great qb. They do have a good defense but their pass defense scheme was exposed terribly by the Giants and now teams know how to attack their bump and run coverage. We beat that team twice last year and that was with Favre. Im not too confident that Rodgers and Grant can be consistently effective. Im not saying were better either, Im just saying that no one team is head and shoulders above anyone else in the division so I wont panic about the off season yet.

Maybe change the first forum to the NFL and have two subforums, Bears and rest of the NFL. Then have a forum for all other sports which could branch of into sub forums if it picked up and then have the water cooler for all the non topic stuff.

I would be more worried if we were in a tougher division. Green Bay is a question mark and we know what Detroit will do. Minny might be good but they arent a shoe in to do anything. I am hoping we have a good draft and then I will see how it pans out before I panic.

If we could get a an OT with our first pick and then trade up with maybe our second and the chargers third to get into position to get Brohm I would be very happy. It would be a scramble to get a guard, wr or rb and safety after that though.

Well there is the universal way of showing sarcasm which wasnt used. You jumped into this conversation with only the plan of acting like an ass and aggravating others. Youre gonna have to find a different qb to like because we simply cant both like the same guy from this draft.

Id like the first 4 picks to be OT, OG, WR and RB with the tackle being first and then BPA for the other three positions. I would also like a little more depth at safety and to find a number one receiver but thats gonna be difficult with how much money FA wrs are getting.

I really hope that that list isnt who is starting at LG when the season starts.

Have you seen anywhere the Bears are thinking about Brohm? Ive wanted them to target him since last year so I would like if we could get him. Any chance we can get him in the third or later?

I wouldnt be opposed to taking a QB in the later rounds either as a project either. I might be in the minority but I am confident in both Rex and Orton and think they both can succeed if they are given proper blocking and weapons. However, if were gonna use our later round picks on guys like Beekman that will never see the field its absolutely worth trying to find the next Tom Brady late in the draft.

Its gonna be interesting to see what he does. I think we will know what kind of qb he will be in the NFL within a half of his first game.

Brohm is gonna be the best quarterback of this draft. As far as Flacco, it would be ridiculous to take him at 14 and it sounds like he wont be there when we pick in the second round which might be a blessing in disguise. OL, WR and RB are all bigger needs on offense for us than QB.

I think in the coaches eyes its Kyles job to lose and I think Rex will end up with the job. I wouldnt be surprised to see both of them start 8 games next year.
