Retired number?
Kreutz and Urlacher are HOF'ers right now, IMO.

Retired number?
In 10-15 years, Hester (maybe), Forte (maybe), Cutler (maybe), Briggs (maybe), Kreutz (probably), and Urlacher (probably) all could have 23, 22, 6, 55, 57, and 54 respectively, retired.

Per PFT, Harvin not at MIN's camp
- Rookie Camp
Agreed with Stinger. Pegues could be a steal. Big time.- Passing game who's who's?
The go-to guy is Hester. No question. I hate to be a broken record, but his receptions and TD's are greater at this point in his career then Steve Smith's was at the same point.- Briggs cuts hand with razor
ESPN Non-story if you ask me, but you know a big deal will be made.- Prediction: Best player from our draft
Well, there were other players who I thought could help us, and after already taking a DL, I didn't think another was necessary. Sure, he has all the tools, but 4 sacks in 2 years isn't worth it, whichever way you slice it.- NFC North drafts
I love what every team in our division did this year in the draft. If Harvin can keep his head on right plus Loadholt, the Vikings had a good draft. The Lions went out at got Stafford + the best TE in the draft + who I thought was the best FS. The Bears got Cutler + Moore in the 4th. The Packers got Raji and Matthews, both who can contribute right away in their new 3-4. IMO, our division as a whole had the best draft. Thoughts?- Prediction: Best player from our draft
Moore was the best pick, the worst was probably Melton, and the biggest sleeper is probably Freeman.- Now that you know how the draft played out
Without the Cutler trade? 1. Robert Ayers, DE, Tennessee 2. Fili Moala, DT, USC 3. Ramses Barden, WR, Cal Poly 3. Kaluka Maiava, OLB, USC 4. Victor Harris, CB, Virginia Tech 5. Chris Clemons, FS, Clemson 6. Brandon Gibson, WR, Washington State 7. Gerald Cadogan, OT, Penn State 7. Trevor Canfield, OG, Cincinnati- UDFA Signees Thread
Will Taufoou, FB, Cal According to some site I just looked at, we've signed him.- Bears and Cards were in trade talks about Boldin
It'd probably be Iglesias, Kellen Davis, and our 3rd next year if it happened in the near future.- #140 - Johnny Knox, WR
I love this idea. This way, if Bennett doesn't pan out split outside or in the slot, Iglesias can be split out and Knox can take the slot. Whatever happens, we have options...for a great QB.- 246 Lance Lewis TE
It's good to see the FO is sick of watching Kellen Davis try to block guys. Kellen Davis should have been sent to Arizona along with our 2nd and 5th for Boldin.- UDFA Signees Thread
I want us to look at: Gerald Cadogan Joel Bell Jamarko Simmons Brannan Southerland John Gill Mitch King- Good draft but...
Seriously, why did we go with Louis and Kinder when guys like Canfield and Cadogen were there? Both guys were projected to go anywhere from the 2nd-4th, but were there in the 7th. I understand we upgraded significantly via FA on the OL, but when guys like these 2 are there, you take them.- #154 - Marcus Freeman, LB
OLB from Ohio State. Good value.- Official 2009 NFL Draft Thread
That's almost a waste of a pick for them. They already have Owen Daniels.- Common theme so far
And no reaches, either.- At 105, it's Melton
Ogunleye is going to have double digit sacks this year because he's in a contract year.- At 119, it's D.J. Moore
Fantastic pick. He was projected by many to be a mid-3rd at the latest. Very nice. Maybe now try to deal Vasher for a 4th or 5th?- At 105, it's Melton
But why Melton? He has 4 sacks in 2 years. Duke Robinson and DJ Moore are there.- At 105, it's Melton
DE from Texas. Why Gilbert then?- At 99, it's Iglesias
Colston was in the 7th, almost Mr Irrelevant. Houshmanzadeh was in the 6th or 7th, too.- At 99, it's Iglesias
This far down- he's of good value. We were rumored to like him at 49 so this is a nice pickup. Although, this makes me believe that maybe we don't trust Bennett in the slot, as a regular WR, or at all period. Go Duke with 105, please. Then Bruton with our latest 4th. - Rookie Camp
