  1. 2. Brian Robiskie, WR, Ohio State ---Robiskie falls, and all this Wallace and Massaquoi talk is a huge smokescreen. 3. Darcel McBath, FS, Texas Tech ---FS who is of solid value here. 4. Henry Melton, DE, Texas ---Pure 4-3 DE's are hard to find in this draft. Melton's physical attributes fit that bill pretty well. 5. Mark Parson, CB, Ohio ---CB depth and of good value. 5. Aaron Kelly, WR, Clemson ---WR depth- big redzone target at 6'5 205. 6. Willie VanDeSteeg, DE, Minnesota ---DE depth. 7. Lydon Murtha, OT, Nebraska ---OT depth. 7. Conredge Collins, FB, Pittsburgh ---McKie is brutal. Period. Thoughts?
  2. DBDB I know this is off topic, but I think it's time to get a new avatar.
  3. As much as I'd love Q here, history says it won't work. Teams who trade all their picks comes back to kick them in the a**. Just take the recent Browns and the Snyder-era Redskins as examples.
  4. FWIW, Kiper has him going 68th overall and (unless I missed him) McShay doesn't have him going at all. Walterfootball has him going in the 4th and NFLdraftsite has him going in the 6th. But that is why this is a forum mock. It's all for fun.
  5. This is blown way out of a proportion. He's a 25 year old with more money then I'll ever dream of having. Let him do what he wants. It's obviously never affected his performance.
  6. I like Luigs, Bell, and Hunt. However, there is no f***ing way Hunt is there that late. While you guys know (especially Stinger ) I think DT is a need, but not that far up. I think we just need depth, unless a DT with great value is there with our 3rd or 4th, and Irvin isn't that. Not a huge Munnerlyn fan though.
  7. If he's there at 49, he has to be the pick. He could play FS or CB, and he's a damn good player.
  8. Shaughnessy has never complained about his injuries. When he's able, he's always gone out there and played, and most of the time he plays pretty well, even with injuries. He's a guy this organization and fan base would love with how competitive and ballsy he is. It's not a bad draft at all. Unfortunately, I don't think MM will be there with our 3rd.
  9. What about Robiskie? I doubt we'd take Harvin with his issues but I like the idea. Nicks worked out recently with the Ravens and his hands were awful and he was out of shape. Britt would be nice but his character issues are similar to Brandon Marshall's coming out and now Marshall's blew up.
  10. I have a softball doubleheader which starts at 11. I'll be home and out of the shower by 2:30, where I'll then park my a** on the couch for the day.
  11. Williams was recently arrested for drugs. Pass.
  12. In the 6th round, you aren't going to find the athleticsm, the fluidity of the hips, and the quick feet in a CB like you will in Johnson. He most certainly needs to bulk up, but so will Shaughnessy to play DE in the NFL.
  13. Based off realism and probability. 2. Mohamed Massaquoi, WR, Georgia 3. Darcel McBath, FS, Texas Tech 4. Matt Shaughnessy, DE, Wisconsin 5. Kaluka Maiava, OLB, USC 5. Tony Fiammetta, FB, Syracuse 6. Bruce Johnson, CB, Miami 7. Lydon Murtha, OT, Nebraska 7. Jamarko Simmons, WR, Western Michigan Based off what I want. 2. Louis Delmas, FS, Western Michigan 3. Mike Wallace, WR, Mississippi 4. Matt Shaughnessy, DE, Wisconsin 5. Kaluka Maiava, OLB, USC 5. Tony Fiammetta, FB, Syracuse 6. Bruce Johnson, CB, Miami 7. Lydon Murtha, OT, Nebraska 7. Jamarko Simmons, WR, Western Michigan
  14. Just lock this thread. It's too bad though.
  15. The Bears won't take an OT but will take another TE which will leave Bear Nation in shambles.
  16. Collie isn't a 3rd round pick. Otherwise, it looks alright. I want WR-FS-DE with our first 3 picks in that order.
  17. I ordered my authentic Cutler Wednesday and it'll be in sometime in mid May. $225 right down the drain.
  18. Mine are in 323, so I can't help you. However, by looking at the seating chart, I'd try for the 248 seats. The 446 or whatever look too far.
  19. I think the Bears will go into the draft with the mindset of "We'll take a WR in round 2". However, if neither of Britt, Nicks, or Robiskie are there, I think they'll go BPA and then sign Holt. I'm beginning to think all this Massaqoui talk is a smokescreen.
  20. The STL Rams select William Beatty, OT, Connecticut.
  21. NE (from KC) is on the clock.
  22. Alex Mack, Sean Smith, Louis Delmas, or Duke Robinson (if I had the Steelers pick) would have been my 4 options, so it wasn't that bad of a pick.
