It seems like everytime the offense scores, the defense lets the other team down to get 3 or 7.
Everytime the defense needs to get a big stop, they don't.
Then again, it's what it seems like.
Say what you want, but Mike Brown is slow and isn't the same. Tillman, whether it's his skill or that damned scheme we run, is always 5 yards off his guy. Whether it's a good QB, a solid one, or a great one, they are going to pick that apart, unless we get pressure on them, and we couldn't get any on a rookie today.
To me, this game was on the DL. 2 good veteran DEs (Brown, Ogunleye), a DROY candidate (Harrison), the "best" DT in football (Harris), a good DT (Idonije), and a really good looking DT (Dvoracek) couldn't get pressure for d**k on Ryan today. Dvoracek was consistently blowing up some plays forcing Ryan out, but LBs, CBs, and Ss couldn't do anything.
