  1. The rebuilding starts now for Detroit. I bet they go either DE, QB, or OT with the 1st overall pick, then OT, DE, or QB with their low other 1st rounder.
  2. By no means did I say I trust Caleb if Orton goes down with an injury next year. I do, however, believe the organization would rather give him a chance then watch him rot away on the pine his whole career not knowing what he can do on the field when given a real chance.
  3. There's already a thread on this...
  4. I didn't mean like "good riddance forever", I meant "good riddance we don't have to see him on the field anymore".
  5. I'm not so sure about the first 3 rounds. I think we could do without a QB in this draft especially since we haven't seen what Hanie can do in a regular season game yet.
  6. It's cool, I was just saying. This is a good site with good posters, and there's no need to garbage up a well worked on topic with talk about Spam88.
  7. I like this kid. He reminds me of Harrison because had Marcus stayed out of trouble, he would have been a late 1st round pick. Well, Zackary was rated 1 of the top 3 CBs his last year in college and had he stayed healthy, at worst he would have been a mid-2nd round selection. Hopefully he is 100% and is ready to contribute, similar to Marcus. BTW- good riddance to Hamilton.
  8. He got suspended because he consistently PMed me saying how much of a "f***ing retard" I am so I let an admin know. Let's not drag this on. The guy is a moron, plain and simple.
  9. I'll go one better, MadLith: Just wait until Johnson (then Romo) gives Roy the ball more then TO, or vice versa.
  10. And to think the better QB is on the bench behind him, huh, guys?
  11. Felix Jones out 2-4 weeks. Romo out 4+ weeks. PacMan out 4+ games. And now they get this piece of s***. I hope Jones is happy what he put together.
  12. We've destroyed the Saints the past 2 times we've faced them.
  13. So that's why he looked so big (standing on the sidelines) on Sunday!
  14. Trade our 1st round pick NEXT YEAR for a 2nd and 3rd this year, and a 5th next year. 1. Duke Robinson, OG, Oklahoma 2. Maurice Evans, DE, Penn State 2. Kenny Britt, WR, Rutgers 3. Fenuki Tupou, OT, Oregon 3. Derek Pegues, S, Mississippi State 4. Morgan Trent, CB, Michigan 4. (C4B)- Tyrone McKenzie, LB, South Florida
  15. Yeah. No clue as to why I continue to say Harrison...
  16. I still think he's just a soft player. Despite Rashied eventually catching the TD, Orton threw a perfect ball to Olsen and he didn't even jump for it, like he didn't want to get hit.
  17. I really want to know what Hester's deal is on punts and kicks. I wonder if it really is a loss like Ayanbedejo...
  18. Yeah, but does anybody really know if Lovie gets the final calls on offense? Did he really accept the run to McKie? Hell, there I'd rather see a QB sneak if we aren't going to give it to Forte. It's not Lovie's fault Harrison doesn't know how to play a prevent- to play a prevent as a DB is 6th grade stuff, and I can see why TB let him go. It's not Lovie's fault Tommie doesn't know the touch rule. However, I do put most of the blame on Lovie.
  19. DL gets a "C"? They didn't have 1 f***ing sack. More like "D".
  20. It seems like everytime the offense scores, the defense lets the other team down to get 3 or 7. Everytime the defense needs to get a big stop, they don't. Then again, it's what it seems like. Say what you want, but Mike Brown is slow and isn't the same. Tillman, whether it's his skill or that damned scheme we run, is always 5 yards off his guy. Whether it's a good QB, a solid one, or a great one, they are going to pick that apart, unless we get pressure on them, and we couldn't get any on a rookie today. To me, this game was on the DL. 2 good veteran DEs (Brown, Ogunleye), a DROY candidate (Harrison), the "best" DT in football (Harris), a good DT (Idonije), and a really good looking DT (Dvoracek) couldn't get pressure for d**k on Ryan today. Dvoracek was consistently blowing up some plays forcing Ryan out, but LBs, CBs, and Ss couldn't do anything.
  21. Wow, didn't even notice White. Personally, I'd puke if we took him. I don't trust the QB-to-WR conversion from league to league. I'd rather just take a WR, similar to Eddie Royal, who is small but is super quick and you can use him on WR screens, reverse kick returns, etc.
  22. Harrison is awful. Azumah made it clear that in a prevent defense, the CB has to be on his guy, or behind him. It's a prevent. I knew how to play that when I was freaking 7. Mike Brown took the blame, sure, because that's what a leader does, but everyone knows Harrison has to be better then that.
  23. I'll post mine sometime during the week, but there's no way we go LB in the 1st.
