I'd give Hester a 5 year, $15 million contract b/c as whoever said, all he does is return punts and kicks and nobody knows what he will be like as a WR yet. BTW, I like the Anderson negotiations. However, I wish we'd go after current FA's, like Jacob Bell, but I guess JA is all about addressing our guys who will be FA's next offseason or in the future.

I think his cover skills suck, and his speed isn't mind-blowing. I'd rather have Quinten Demps out of UTEP.

Anyways, the first thing I think about when I think of Turner in ATL is that they released Dunn, so Norwood and Turner will be their power-speed 1-2 punch. The last thing I think about is that if Matt Ryan doesn't go to MIA at #1, he will be a Falcon in 2008.

Wow, if TEN gets Berrian and still take Sweed or another WR with their 23rd pick, they could be a dangerous team in the playoffs next year (as long as VY gets his on-the-field act together).

1. Faneca is now a Jet 2. Hamlin was just franchised 3. Why in God's name would Moss want to come here? He'd want 3 years, $40 million from us and all he'd be is headaches.

First off, do we know the real reason he's staying in Minnesota? Maybe he couldn't get a flight to Oakland tonight, or bad weather up there kept him there. I understand he's probably all-but-gone, but I wouldn't say he won't be a factor in Oakland. They have a good back, a good TE, an average #2 in Curry, and a young, potential-filled QB in JaMarcus Russell. If they can improve their OL and get a good DT, they have a good player at every position.

He's flying to OAK tomorrow. Not a big deal at all IMO

If we got Bell and Bryant Johnson, I'd be happy. But there's no reason why he wouldn't have already gave Berrian his $8 a year with his $12 or whatever he wants guarenteed, and the same goes for Faneca.

I think OAK will offer him 4 years, $32 million with $16 guaranteed. I think we'll match it, and if we do, I'd hope he'd come back b/c otherwise he's a liar (he said he wanted Rex back and for us to pay him, so by matching OAK's offer, we'd give him both things he wanted).
