  1. Newest Charlie Campbell mock: 1) Ogletree 2) Joseph Fauria, TE, UCLA As jason said, this better be the case because he anticipates major OL upgrades in FA...
  2. I'm starting to think it'll be Arians or McCoy. From everything I've read about McCoy, he'll be a great coach. He is a father figure, loves football, stayed extra hours for the offense in Denver, and almost got the Miami job last year. Beadles, Manning, and Decker have all spoken about how great of a person and coach he is.
  3. You have a point. Kevin Minter, MLB from LSU, declared today after receiving a 3rd round grade from the NFL. However, I think these mock drafts are based off what the teams need but also what they will likely do in FA. Obviously, if the Bears sign a LT, they won't need OL in round 1 unless Chance Warmack falls to them. I think Walter knows the Bears are going to be huge players in the OT market. BTW, the more I think about it, I doubt the Bears take OL in round 2, unless it's a G. Emery clearly loves Scott and I don't see a scenario in which he's not the RT in 2013.
  4. Exactly, so there really is no connection.
  5. 100% agree. Charlie Campbell, who also posts his mock drafts on WF, has them taking Ogletree and Aboushi.
  6. Gross is no longer the same player as he used to he. At this point, he's an average LT. I don't want to repalce shit with average. I want to replace shit with good or great.
  7. Yeah. Greene, Bostic, Nixon, Mathieu and Klein are all 3rd to 6th rounders.
  8. What connections does McCoy have to Cutler?
  9. Take all of those guys? Or those are your choices for 1st round?
  10. per Ian Rapoport, Bears have put in a request to interview Bruce Arians.
  11. Good luck to him. Great player. At least the Bears won't have to face him next year. Hell, this might mean Ed Reed is going to follow him.
  12. He has every right to criticize him, but when everytime he posts he barely writes a sentence, it's spam. He has posts but no solutions. "They suck"..."Lovie sucks." Ok, so what's your solution? That's probably asking too much, though. He also has no consistency, as I stated earlier in the thread. He wrote Wright sucks, and when people called him out, he said he wasn't talking about Wright. Pick one.
  13. I think he meant that is his order of guys he wants to see the Bears draft. All of the guys he mentioned are, at worst, mid-2nd round picks.
  14. How about Dustin Keller as a FA TE? He's played every game of his career until this year. In the last 2 seasons (2010 and 2011), he has had 120 catches and 10 touchdowns.
  15. They differ? One second you write Major Wright sucks, and the next you say you're not talking about Major Wright. Then, you say they should draft LB's even though you acknowledge that they don't need LB's. Why would any GM draft LB's if they have had 2 of the best linebackers in franchise history for many years? There's a difference between opinions and facts. You're arguing with facts.
  16. My fault. I meant Armstrong. Did he, or did McCarthy?
  17. JD from ESPN 1000 is reporting that if Anderson is the choice, Norv Turner will be the OC as they worked together in Miami.
  18. Except in a 3-4, that would make 2 starting caliber linebackers since McClellin would be a starting OLB in that scheme.
  19. Oh, Campbell couldn't play because it was cold out? Technically, Cutler threw 2 picks vs Houston, but one was after the concussion.
  20. Add Tom Clements, Packers' OC, to the list of guys Emery will interview, per Biggs' twitter.
  21. Of course, that's definitely something I can research. Why don't you join a Patriots board? You come on here and bitch and complain about every loss, acting as if an atomic bomb just hit your home. Go away.
  22. Like I said, quotes like "everybody has a different personality" and "upbeat" screams Gruden to me. I think Bears4Ever brought up in another thread that he also mentioned the Shanahans or whatever, but this just smells like Gruden to me. He had a rough 6 years, but hopefully a few years doing MNF will help him adjust to today's NFL.
