  1. Ask me again in October 2014.
  2. Top 10. Forte is a top 7 RB, Marshall is a top 10 WR, Cutler is a top 10 QB, and Bennett is a good WR. Hopefully Tice can work with the OL and they can gel. They're the wildcard though. Webb must improve and Carimi must stay healthy.
  3. Well, they've drafted the most Pro Bowlers since 2010 of any team, and they made the playoffs last year, so...
  4. Webb-Williams-Garza-Louis-Carimi
  5. The NFC in 2012 has the potential to be one of the best CONFERENCES ever. The Saints are still the Saints and still have Brees despite the bounties. At the worst, they're a 9-7 team. Cam Newton will continue to get better. The Bucs added good players in FA and drafted well. The Falcons are 42-21 since 2008 (IIRC) and they're always a good team. The Bears now have a great WR corps and the potential for a GREAT offense if Tice does well. The Packers are the Packers. The Vikings can be a 6-7 win team this year if Peterson is back considering their draft. The Lions will be solid if Stafford is healthy. SF is dangerous as they kept their whole D plus they added Moss and Manningham. Seattle got better last year as the year went on and now they have Flynn. The Rams defense has improved greatly with Finnegan and Brockers. The Giants are the champs. The Eagles have momentum; they played well to close out 2011. Dallas is a good team with Claiborne and Carr. Washington got RG3 and some solid FA's. Any 3 teams could win the NFC East, any 3 teams could win the NFC North, any 4 teams could win the NFC South, and any 2 teams can win the NFC West. If the playoffs were Carolina-Detroit-Dallas-Seattle-Philadelphia-Tampa, I wouldn't be shocked. Amazing, if you think about it.
  6. LOVE the James Brown signing. Like you all have said, he could've went in round 2, 3, or 4. In my last mock, I had the Bears taking him in round 3. The Liberty WR is intriguing as well, but admittedly, I don't know a thing about him. I didn't catch too many Liberty games this fall. Shocking, I know.
  7. Good analysis? Is that sarcasm? They called Alshon Jeffery "Alshon Jefferson," and they said the Bears should go after Mike Daniels and Jaye Howard as UDFA's, two guys who were DRAFTED. That article is f***ing awful.
  8. Cincinnati had an unreal draft. Kirkpatrick, Zeitler, Sanu, Still, Herron, Thompson, Charles, Prater, Marvin Jones, and Iloka.
  9. We should, next year, just make a "Bears draft thoughts" thread so every thought about every selection can go into one thread. It might add a sense of cleanliness to the board. Or, we could just make a "EMERY SUCKS ASS AT THIS SHIT" thread since every pick this year was absolute horses***.
  10. I'm going 0-16. Marshall is a woman beater, Cutler is a pussy, all of their FA's are either back-ups or ST players, their draft is already the worst ever, and Lovie is a douche. Oh, and Emery looks like a librarian. If they bring Ditka back, I'll immediately switch that prediction to 15-1. /endsarcasm
  11. It's now a merged thread. Jesus, get off your high horse with the "I never post so my posts shouldn't be deleted" BS. Relax.
  12. That's what happens when you punch a police officer.
  13. Going into the season, SI predicted him to be on the All-American team.
  14. First, Emery takes an injury riddled SS in round 3 and then he takes an HB in the 4th?! And now, he trades Brandon Marshall, a dynamic WR for a 4th round pick AFTER they traded two 3rd's to get him? F*** OUR LIVES! EMERY IS A TRUE IDIOT!
  15. 2007 draft: Olsen, Bazuin, Okwo, Beekman, Payne. Yeah.
  16. So by your measure, the Patriots wasted two picks with Gronkowski and Hernandez, and the Colts did this draft by taking Allen and Fleener? This is a TE league now.
  17. Yeah, who the f*** would want 10-12 wins per year + 3 Super Bowls? F***ing joke... Exactly. Again, I trust Emery. I loved his FA signings, and so I'm going to give him the benefit of the doubt. He found great players in KC and Atlanta. In 2-3 years, we'll know if these picks were okay, if they sucked, or if they were really good. I guess I'd agree, but would a prospect who fell 2, maybe 3, rounds be an upgrade? If Webb or Carimi get hurt, they're f***ed anyway. I'm betting they sign a veteran OT in the next few days.
  18. Just so everyone knows, I can easily make an "all 'small' school" NFL team and make it a damn good one. Just because a guy went to a small school doesn't mean he is a worse option than another player. What schools did Jerry Rice, Urlacher, Tillman, and Shannon Sharpe go to? How about Joe Flacco, Ben Roethlisberger, and Chris Johnson? What a dumb argument this is...
  19. Where would Massie play here? He played RT at Mississippi. What makes ANYONE think he can play LT in the NFL?
