  1. Mitch looks like a completely different QB. I need to see more.....but it would be so Bears for Mitch to have figured it out just in time for him to go elsewhere and flourish.
  2. I agree here. The Bears are good at IOL, with Mustipher at C and Whitehair and Daniels at G. They need help at T. (lots)
  3. They're stuck with Mack and Quinn until their guaranteed money is off. It is what it is. Possibly Jackson as well, as he's not the same guy he was in 2018. Hicks and Fuller should be moved though. Jackson if possible. I still think that Robinson should be franchised and traded.
  4. They lost to Indy handily. It was 19-3 until the TD in garbage time. I'd feel better about the Bears if they could find a way to create turnovers on D, but ever since the core of this group got together in 2017, they've struggled 3/4 seasons to create turnovers. As I've said all along, they're a very good defense but not an elite one, and mostly because of the lack of turnovers. All a QB/Offense has to do with the Bears is stay patient and take what they give them, and they can move the ball fairly easily and score points.

    Fire Nagy

Whomever the GM is, don't let Robinson get away for free. You have to get SOMETHING for him. It's within a team's ability to Franchise a player and then subsequently allow his agent to seek a trade, right?

    Fire Pace

I was ok with Pace through the 2018 season. Last year I started to sour on him, and it has only become worse since then.

    Fire Pace

More reason to Fire Pace: https://www.radio.com/670thescore/sports/chicago-bears/allen-robinson-bears-trending-toward-breakup-after-2020 I think Robinson is heading toward the Transition Tag.

    Fire Pace

Since we have a Fire Nagy thread, I think we should make one for the GM that should have been fired a year ago. The case for firing Ryan Pace: 1. Awful in the first round: He had 4 top 10 picks and whiffed on three of them(White, Floyd, Trubisky) 2. Failed trades: Pace has traded draft capital for the following players: Trubisky, Mack, Miller, Montgomery, Foles All of the players he has traded for have been either inconsistent(Miller, Mack, Montgomery) or bad(Trubisky, Foles) 3. Contract disputes with the Bears best players: The fact that he couldn't get extensions done with Fuller and Robinson is inexcusable. Transition tagging Fuller was bad, and he's looking to do that with Robinson again. 4. Bad Free Agent signings Quinn and Glennon are the huge ones, also McPhee couldn't stay healthy. 5. Finally, he has no clue how to evaluate the QB position. How you could watch tape of Trubisky and Foles and choose them over other available QBs in the 2017 draft and this year's FA is baffling.
  9. They should probably do that mid-season next year. Mack and Hicks should go next. This offseason they need to move Fuller and Robinson, with Robinson on a tag and trade.
  10. What about Darnold? I think he might be ok if they get him away from the tirefire that is the NY Jets. If the Jets really want to move on I'd throw them a 5th round pick and Mitch.

    Jaylon Johnson

This is the first time in forever I can legitimately say the Bears have a kick ass secondary.

    Cole Kmet

    Adam Shaheen part deux.

Fuller is right there with him. Bears are getting beat over the middle right now rather than on the outside.
  14. I'd rather sign there too. Wilson vs Foles is a no brainer.
  15. They need a real NT. They really miss Goldman.
  16. If it's possible to feel worse about this team than I did before the start of the season despite being 2-0, they've done it. I never thought their defense was an elite unit but I did think they were in the 7-12 range league wide. Now I think they're average at best. Mack has disappeared since the loss to the Eagles in the playoffs.
  17. Nichols had a bad game Sunday. They need help at NT.
  18. Would be huge to replace Goldman. That front 7 would be sick.
  19. Isn't Snacks Harrison still out there?
  20. It makes too much sense, but it won't happen. They're too in love with Montgomery, and Fournette won't want to share the backfield. Why would he sign here?
