  1. It's quite possible I think. So much just depneds on the ebb and flow. So far, with Long signed to MIA, it's panning out as expected. If it continues that way, we certainly would be in position to entertain offers.
  2. That would be a bit more exciting per se!
  3. Good quote and analysis...but are you excited about it?
  4. Balta, I could not agree more! As much as I well know that it's won and lost in the trenches, I can't help but fall into little kid fan mode and think more of the RB, QB, etc... It's not a logical thinking process, but an emotional one per se. If Otah's name is read at slot 14, I'll be content. Not excited. Just thinking, it should be a good safe pick...
  5. I'd be interested... Would a column related to watching the game at home with some humor, BBQ'ing, etc be of ineterest... You could call it..."FROM THE MAD LITHUANIAN'S BEARS DEN" I'll submit one after the weekend as I'm attending a draft party... I figure most other folks can hit the hard facts, and I'll try to add some levity, etc...
  6. I'm going with Ryan...not sure they won't go D line...but somehow I think it's Ryan.
  7. I personally would love to see them call his bluff and make him sit and pout. It's not my team.
  8. I have Long... It's the "obvious" choice per se...
  9. It is odd.. I really found looking at the linemen (O and D) to be a real eye opener! Only the Fridge and Atkins really lookk the part of today's league!
  10. I have no issue if it were Ryan...I think any other QB is a reach. I don't want to reach when we have so many other holes to fill...
  11. PS - I do like your draft prediction... However, I would go RB at 3b. Other than that, I'd be pleased... 1- Jeff Otah/Ryan Clady OT 2- James Hardy WR 3a- Chilo Rachal OG 3b-Anthony Collins/Joe Greco OT 4- Dennis Dixon QB 5- Tom Zbikowski S 6- Colt Brennan QB 7a- James McClinton DT 7b- Pig Brown S 7c- Marc Magro LB 7d- Ryan Grice-Mullen WR
  12. Never give in! Once they smell blood, they never give up! Stand your ground!

  14. Oddly, the traits all sounds like Jimmy Mac! He wasn't exactly Marino with accuracy, but he wasn't bad.
  15. Ha! Could be! He's got a lot of free time! Then again, it could be a UCLA fan...he did do well there. You never know.
  16. I think the entire football universe is trying to forget McClown!
  17. My best wishes are with you Pix!
  18. Thanks for the info! I hope to on there Sat!
  19. Is there any trick to it? I've never done a chat. I will be at a freind's house KO'ing a few brews and grubbin' on some ribs...but would like to chime in if possible. I may just have to hit the board. But thought I'd see what the chat is about. I'm a chat rookie...
  20. Balta, Do you have the 3rd round ready to display?

  22. Now now... To say urlacher (one of the best selling jerseys, etc) and Hester (the most electrifying man playing in the game) don't make money for the team is foolishness! The team was making money, will always make money, but will always make more when players generate buzz.
