OK, so the data is all in. I tried to keep an open mind, and wait to be proven wrong. Fields has to go. Flus has to go. This is a joke. We got nothing but a few hits of hopium this year. It was always "Fields now has 5 weeks to prove his case." then 4 weeks then 3. He didnt change. He is who we thought he was. Wed better not crown his ass. But yeah, I wasnt negative. I was right.

right. even the coaches themselves know. in future job interviews they will say how difficult it was with Fields.

well a new coach and QB is a good start. I actually think the roster isnt as bad as all this has looked. We need OL help, another WR, a FS and more on the D line. All possible in a single offseason with the assets we have. Even this team as it is would have gone to the playoffs if, say, Love was our QB and LaFleur was our coach. Coach and QB aside, I think our roster is better overall than GBs.

If Fields could be the guy he is in the first scripted plays all game, hed be amazing. So he can only retain about 7 passing plays at high level and the rest is chaos? thats a problem. and its been consistent all season.

Im tellin ya, we have players on defense. No one should be giving Eberflus a medal for the defense. Give Poles one if you want, but they havent been put in the right positions to succeed. We still need more on the D line and at FS, but we are pretty well stocked.

One thing i think Eberflus totally missed was he runs his cover 2 the pure way, and with Edmunds on the team, he could run it as a Tampa 2 with Edmunds playing deep Urlacher. That has been a missed opportunity.
