  1. Nice way to finish off the season. I'm glad they got several monkeys off their backs. Now, let's see where the head coaching search takes us. Peace
  2. This is about where I see it as well. Still Caleb needs to do a lot of work to improve. Peace

  6. I'd be good with Washington as long as Flus is gone. I agree it might be more beneficial to leave Brown where he's at. Peace
  7. Fire Flus Thursday night or Friday after they lose their 6th in a row. Promote Brown to HC and see if he has the juice to possibly be HC. Bench Keenan Allen as he is not part of the future plans and give Scott and Johnson his reps going forward. Any player not under contract for next season, should have playing time reduced so others can be evaluated. It's all about building a team around Caleb going forward. Peace
  8. Credit for the defense for stepping up given all the imjuries. Also, great to see Caleb continuing to develop. Other than the bad pass for the int., he was fantastic. Peace
  9. Let's go! I'm going to miss Justin but I am 100% behind Caleb! Peace
  10. If Marvin Harrison Jr. falls to 5, would you trade the #9 pick and our first round pick next year to move up and draft him? Peace
  11. The Bears absolutely screwed the pooch with Fields - failing to provide him the tools to develop and surrounding him with enough talent. Justin owns some of this but the majority is on the coaching staff/front office. Given the Bears have the #1 pick I fully expect them to draft a new starting QB. I'm good with however Poles and staff chooses to do this. My only hope is they have the structure around this new QB so he can be successful. If not, we'll be starting process over again in 3/4 years. Peace
  12. Caller to the SCORE this morning said it best - "They need to fix themselves (their process of handling QBs) before they attempt to replace the QB". I am fine with them getting rid of Justin if they are making changes to the coaching staff that address how we handle/develop QBs. They cannot keep doing the same thing and expect it to work. Peace
  13. I believe Kmet is 3rd all time in receptions by a Bears TE with 208 and will overtake Bennett next year to take 2nd. Ditka is just over 300 so he should easily pass him in the next couple of years. Peace
  14. i want the Bears to trade out of the #1 pick and get the best return they can. I would be OK with draft a QB on day 2 to develop behind Justin. I don't see resetting the QB clock as having any benefit for us as I think we are ready to compete for the playoff next year. Peace
  15. Bears got a win when they needed it but it was against the worst team in football. Hopefully, this helps secure the #1 pick. I really hope Justin balls out the rest of the year and we do not have to draft a QB. Peace
