Removing Ted from the equation going forward (after the hiring of the new GM and coach) is a good firs step. However, the larger problem remains that George remains at the top and the GM reports directly to him. Nothing will change until the Bears organization finally hires a competent Chairman - someone who is not part of the family. Peace
