In my 19 years as a season-ticket holder, that was the absolute worst officiating I have ever seen. Forget about the blown calls, which were embarrassing enough. On at least 4 occasions it appeared they had no idea what was going on and had to huddle up for 3 to 5 minutes to figure out what to do next. I hate the officiating in the NFL - absolutely hate it. Injured reserve is for a minimum of 3 weeks. My understanding is a high-ankle sprain can take 6 to 8 weeks to heal. I don't think Jenkins plays this year. Peace

I'm sure his resignation came after a lengthy discussion involving lawyers on how he was being paid to go away. It's not about what constitutes eligibility to be employed. He was the face of the Raiders and the owner knew that would be a huge distraction going forward. Peace

I personally have no issue with Ted Phillips managing the business aspect of the organization as long as I only hear from him when he is talking about the stadium or introducing the new president in charge of football operations. This has to happen. Soldier Field was outdated the moment it was finished. The Chicago Bears and their fans deserve a world-class facility. From a personal perspective, I could take the NW Metra line from Harvard right to the stadium. It would cut 30+ minutes on my commute. Make it so. Peace
