  1. Let the Saints have him
  2. I am starting to question him too. I am starting to think that we should just get Nicks and draft a WR at #19.
  3. I'm not sure tying that much money into one position would be very good, but it would be fun to watch that.

Texans and Arian Foster reached agreement on a five-year, $43.5 million deal that includes $20.75 million guaranteed. per Shefter I think this is what Forte would be looking for.
  5. Agreed. Forte is light years better than Lynch. Lynch is about as good as Marion Barber. Put Lynch is our crappy offense the past two years and he wouldn't have earned squat. If he settles for the same pay as Lynch then his agent is a dunce.
  6. When I heard the news I had to come right over here, cause I knew there would be a party.
  7. How about this, if you think the Bears have 46 million to spend, then I have a bridge to sell you out in Lake Havasu City.....

Nice work. Thats something I could get behind!!!

Now we are not guaranteed to roll over any cap space, correct. We just have that option, right?
  10. Since its a huge need, then go first round pick for Floyd and then sign an actual good receiver. Bowe, V Jax, hell I'd take Meachem over Moss. You still have Bennett and Hester in the fold. No to Moss.
  11. Yeah, saying those teams quit on Moss might be one of the funniest things I've heard all off season.
  12. Cris Carter also thinks he is a quitter.
  13. Agreed. I still dont get this fascination with the old WRers.
  14. lol I agree with you. Unfortunately, sometimes Bears fans have a habit of living in the past. Randy Moss, TO, OchoCinco, Roy Williams, etc. John Clayton said that Moss would be no better than a 3rd WR. And thats if he shows he can still stretch the field vertically. The guy is basically one dimensional. Not worth the money or the headache, IMO.

That is something I could get behind right there!!!!!
  16. We already had him last year with Roy Williams..... We need some actual talent not TO and Ocho.
  17. IMO this is a good sign. Looks like he wants his guys in to be Pro Director and College Director of scouting. I actually cant wait for the draft.
  18. Cause he is really smart and his offense is the best. You can tell by all the job offers he didn't get in the off season, so much so he "retired".
  19. http://www.chicagotribune.com/sports/footb...0,1623194.story How refreshing......
  20. Best news i have heard in awhile
  21. I dont know what that means either, but I laughed for a good ten minutes about it.
  22. Unfortunately, this is probablythe best we can hope for. The familiarity factor is a big plus to the higher ups. At least, this guy has been able to scout some talent in the drafts he has been a part of.
  23. Its getting to be quite laughable....
  24. Agreed. I like Ross too.
  25. This is really all you need to say. The line will improve with an OC who can play to their strengths. A #1 WR is the biggest need on the Bears.
