The Sun Times article was more informative saying that he was found face down in only a T-shirt and marijuana, Crown Royal, lubricant and (poppers) inhalants that relaxes muscles, popular in clubs were found by the police.
Tayo was inactive for most of last season if not all of it. Then he is cut during OTAs, that seems to be a weight/conditioning issue which is big with Fox.
Level of competition is why he is a UDFA and that video was published in July of 2015 prior to his last season meaning he did nothing to make scouts take significant notice last season.
If I have an OL due an extension and he plays OG at a Pro Bowl caliber, imo I would sign him at his current position than move him to that premium position and then try to sign him.
I like when teams cut veterans this way because it makes no sense to have them at OTAs, mini camps etc., if you don't project them to your roster and that gives them a chance to look at younger players at those positions. They did exactly the same thing with Forte and he still found a way to be offended.
Tom Thayer is an employee of the Chicago Bears Network. He rarely criticizes any player on the roster like Hub Arkush used to and he saw what happened to him.
4 of Pace's 6 picks started games last year and that would have been 5 if White had stayed healthy. I'll wait and see the results on the field before I make a judgement.
So if I posted that they have kept everything under wraps and you say they talk 5 minutes and have a non answer isn't that the same? Then you see them also saying they are trying to sign Alshon long term scrolling across the NFL Network screen as I post.
BTW I watched the games and saw Cutler hit repeatedly as a result of Leno and Long aka LL Cool Sack!
1. Shon Coleman Most underrated
2. Ronnie Stanley most overrated
3. Dak Prescott Favorite Day 3 prospect
4. Jaylon Smith 1/2 round pick to drop
5. Connor Cook surprise 1st rounder
6. William Jackson III bold pick
7. Myles Jack don't pick
8. Paxton Lynch should pick
9. Shaq Lawson the pick
Since Pace and Fox have been here everything has been under wraps so if they like one of the top OT prospects why would they bad mouth Leno? By bringing Massie in means they may have checked a few OT's in FA just like they made an offer to CJ Anderson. BTW if you do want to take an OT it would be better in the first round because of the 5th year option.
