I do not like Martin, Way to many questions and the results of watching tape on him make me even more suspect of his abilities. The more I look at what Emery is doing, the more I think it will be DE/DT in the first and then OL in second or third. He was bringing in Tackles as FA's and never signed them. So I know he is looking at em. Its just the DT is deepest in longtime. We could get a impact DT and pick up a quality OT or G in second.

On the bears website it has Spencer as center Garza at Guard/Center C Williams at Guard Carimi at Tackle Webb at tackle Louis at Guard I have already posted what I think will happen this camp, But overall it appears that C Williams will be at guard , this to my dismay.I am of the thought process that Williams should be left tackle and move Louis to let guard, Spencer to center and Garza back to Right side guard, Keep Carimi where he was. I believe it would make the best line we had in a longtime. I like Tices way of coaching bnut I question his stance on Webb. But reading all the reports on Webb he would have probably been a 1st rounder if he stayed at texas.

As for Irvin, He rising on talent on all boards , Mayock said talent he is first rounder, But his off the field antics made him drop. Another pac man type.

Hayden did not start in ATL because he is true cover 2 type corner , Big sifference from what ATL runs. WR to me out of it till later, Weems, Thomas and Marshall additions will make it tough for WR in the 2nd, We have 2 solid TE s Now Spaeth, and Davis will be starting TE's. Smith and Adams are the seconday TE. No need for TE pick this draft because it sucks Upshaw is a much different type a player then Anderson, Look at his tape he played the run well. He would be 3 or 4 down player.

Williams playing Tackle makes more sense then guard. The reason Tice loved him there was because he really had no choice, lack of depth was huge prblem under JA rule. As far as Carimi goes.... He has only played one year!!! Where does the injury concern come from? Louis would be better served inside, his nasty attitude was serve well with some of DT he will face this year. after looking at the roster on the bears site, I have to change my thought process a bit I would say the end ends up like this Carimi RT Garza RG Spencer C Louis LG Wiliams C LT Back ups Webb Swing T Williams E G Levi Horn T PS Wrotto Stephens

CB is no longer a need, Hayden will fill in nice DT can be in the second round As well as DE If Upshaw is still there 19 I expect him to be a bear.

First of all If the senario does come up E williams will be back on the bench backing up whoever goes down . If Steinbeck wre to come it would be. IMHO Williams C LT Steinbeck G Garza C Spencer G Carimi RT Louis and E Williams will support the interior and Webb would go back to Swing Tackle. Depth and starting ability with that depth would make for good line. Thats not including mini camps this year.

One thing for sure, I see LB being taken in 2nd or 3rd. We are definatley short in that dept.

Forte from all reports is asking for something the Bears want no part of. Ted Phillips stated that his contract was on par with RB contracts today. And from everything Phillips said they are quite a bit apart. It appears the Bear put allot incentives in the contract. That with little guarantees could make it a contention for Forte.. The Bears did the right thing signing Bush . Forte may hold out. If so Trade him and draft a rookie to go along with Bush. Actually it was said that Weems signing was to replace Hurd, 5th reciever and ST ace. As for Emery so far I give him B+ so far, Gave nothing away as far as Marshall went, and for that talent a outstanding get on his part. Costanzo is monster on ST, Seen him play and He fits the mold of a Bear through and through.. As for FA OL. I put up with FA signings inder angelo and we all here said build in the draft. I am looking forward to this draft and hope Emery sticks to his plan he stated. It will be much better if we draft em then getting some elses crap like we have in the past.

Boy that statement was way off. But I have to say I was under the same impression until Orton signed in dallas, It has become the standard now for quality back ups. It is a sigmnificant increase , but it is what it is.

Take E Winston and Move Carimi to Left side. We would have Webb as swing tackle.

As it goes I would take a guy like Stokley, He is available for cheap. He been working out with manning at Duke. Could get him for minimum dollars.

Williams could easily make up that money differnce with market in Chicago, Advertising earnings is 3 times what it is in Buffalo he also has to consider that, If he gets 13-15 sacks he will be on TV more then JG wentworth is, He coud easily make millions from that alone. But if he sucked it up then he would get tomatoes thrown at him. So if he comes he better bring his A game.

As stated on NFL network, Bush would be insurance if Forte does not show for camp. I guess the talks in the back office is that forte is not haqppy the way the talks went qand is saying he will hold out.
