Yep you got that right, it was for NFL clothes.

Love it, Funny

Well Tice in a interview said neither made a move to wow the staff, so it goes to the incumbent for right now. The "right now" is what I got more out of. If Webb does again what he did last year( which I doubt with really no camp) then they will pull the plug on him for Williams. Either way for me, with the loss of continuous 7 step drops I see Webb holding his own. He is no Orlando Pace in his prime thats for sure.

Whats the link ? Anyone?
-
Yepper I agree with that , But OL needs to hold and be serviceable at best for the Bears to be successful.
-
I hate to say it. But I thought the same thing when I read that ....

Geez the conspiracy theorists are running wild. You all m,ake it sound like Lovie took Marshall into a room and made him say that stuff? Maybe , Just maybe Marshall seen something that he admired. or Better yet, The routes they have Hester running are finally to his strength. I for one minute do not feel that this is all made up scenario or that Jay and Brandon are stating things that are not true. Now Lovie would be a different story. But this is from Players and 2 of them that voiced opinions that were not tolling the line.

Who is Matty? my Guess Url, Briggs Peppers and marshall
-
Another Predator Trying to get money out of a player with a past. Its all I see in the whole thing. No time off for Marshall, if he does a get a game for just being there, then RG has to be removed as Commish. Just because he is there dont mean he was trouble.

Hard to judge speed in the that first video. However the the distance closed rather quickly , So his stride is so much longer then normal. He would be one heck of end zone threat thats for sure.

My thinking OL Williams/Rachel/Spencer/ Garza/Carimi Backups Brown. Louis. E Williams Webb DL Peppers/Paea/Melton/Shea Backups Toe,McCargo, Davis Wooten

I did know he was available this year. He still has not signed with a team yet. I would take shot at him for sure. He was one the up and comers a couple of seasons back , And he is only 27. Take a chance?

OT: Explain your username and how you became a Bears fan
GrizzlyBear replied to Bears4Ever_34's topic in Bearstalk
Yep The Bears Den was the first and then Jeff moved it to nfltalk.comor something like that, Then they changed the format of forums used and Bears talk was no longer. Several forums popped up after that and emailed Jeff to ask him where everyone went, He sent me this link. -
No bad at all!!!

OT: Explain your username and how you became a Bears fan

Yeah I been thinking about those days as well, with Jeff Dawebmaster, and Issac It was a good forum overall, But left it 2004 due to many jerks flooded it with negativity. At that time I did not need that in my life. But it was good and Honest back then. Miss allot of those guys. -
John Randle Height: 6-1 Weight: 287 Another small town kid Plus all the others out there with same size and not as fast Lack of Production:Explained here LAKE FOREST, Ill. -- On paper, Shea McClellin's numbers in his final year at Boise State come up short when compared to a few of the other first-round pass rushers, especially Whitney Mercilus, who went seven picks later to the Houston Texans at No. 26. But McClellin, the Chicago Bears' first-round pick, has a logical explanation as to why he registered seven sacks and 12.5 tackles for a loss, as opposed to Mercilus who had 16 sacks and 22 TFLs in 2011 for Illinois. "I guess I didn’t have the stats compared to the other guys, but if you look at my stats you know I averaged, what, 35 plays a game compared to other guys getting 60, 70," McClellin said on Friday. "And they’re rushing the passer every down, I was in coverage, I was doing all kinds of things, so it’s hard to compare and that kind of thing. I really think I can be effective, hand in the dirt, standing up, whatever the team wants me to play, needs me to play.” http://espn.go.com/blog/chicago/bears/post...s-his-stat-line Its apparent that his scheme at Boise was more then rushing the passer, Boise state had 6 drafted which is more then vaunted Florida and Florida st combined. Boise has become a plsyer in the NFL . So any excuse of it being Boise is Just lame.

What makes you think that? Small town boy? He is not Amish man,

In preparation for the Senior Bowl, McClellin asked his agents Bruce and Ryan Tollner of REP1 Sports what he could do to improve his hand punch. They hooked him up with mixed martial arts trainer and television personality Jay Glazer and his partner, former Ultimate Fighting champion Chuck "The Iceman" Liddell. "He comes in looking like Richie Cunningham," Glazer said. "I told Chuck, 'Let's have some fun with him. Push him. Scare the hell out of him. Get your crazy eyes going and let's see if we can make him cower down.' We took turns on him in a Greco-Roman drill that is body on body work." Some of the other draft prospects Glazer has worked with have waved the white flag at some point. Not McClellin. "He was exhausted, but we could not get the guy to stop," Glazer said. "He kept coming after us, coming, coming. At one point he got pissed off. This is a really tough kid." http://www.chicagotribune.com/sports/footb...75.story?page=2 Love this thought it was great to see.And maybe why Glazer loved the pick

been a long time since i've posted here but....

Jason you did not watch a game last year. The line played well and Webb did better then ok holding his own , when C Williams went down it was ugly. Webb Turned into a turnstile. Louis was doing awesome at guard but when moved to tackle he was lost as well. The line was in major flux for most of the year due to injury and Omiyale. Its definitive your observations of line play are skewed. Comparing Green bay to the Bears was only in sacks allowed. How is that apples and oranges? It was only an example. The Bears O line had 2 seasons last year, One is where they were jelling and the other where they fell apart/ Lack of depth and cohesion was the problem. Not the line that starts. -
Offense Top 10 ( fingers crossed all stay healthy) With additions they made in FA, Trade and Draft , there is no way we should not see anything but a major improvement. We have the potential to have 2 1000 yard rushers or 2 1000 yard receivers. Tice should have a field day calling plays from the sideline.
