LAKE FOREST, Ill. – The Bears on Sunday waived wide receivers Marcus Monk and Ryan Grice-Mullen, cornerback Leslie Majors and safety Josh Gattis. Monk, the last of 12 players the Bears selected in the 2008 NFL Draft, was a seventh-round pick (248th overall) from Arkansas. He caught one pass for 14 yards in two preseason games. Gattis appeared in four games as a rookie with the Bears last season, registering four special teams tackles after being signed to the active roster Oct. 2. Grice-Mullen and Majors both entered the NFL this year as undrafted free agents from Hawaii and Indiana, respectively. The Bears roster now stands at 75, meaning that Chicago does not have to make any moves in advance of the NFL's mandatory cutdown to 75 on Tuesday. Rosters must be reduced to 53 by 3 p.m. next Saturday.

LOL 4-12, 6-10, 5-11 are some of the prediction you guys have made........what are you thinking? I can see us going at least 10-6 and here is my reason 1. Colts,(L) if Manning plays we might lose but he wont be in synch with the team yet so we stand a chance new starters at Oline and on Defense (Hester Return TD last year) 2 Panthers= (W) No Steve Smith rush Jake and he's done along with slow ass Moose 3 Bucanneers[/b]=(W) Garcia is fragile, unknown other than Galloway and he is getting old Defense is weaker than last year 4 Eagles[/b]=(L) All the have is Westbrook. But it's a home game 5 Lions= (W) Lions are weaker than last year(Hester Return TD ) 6 Falcons= (W) Rookie QB, sorry defense 7 Vikings= (W) Home game with Jackson at QB hurting We stop Peterson(Hester Return TD ) Bye 8 Lions= (W)Lions are weaker than last year(Hester Return TD) 9 Titans= (W)Offense not good Vince will give the ball up. 10 Packers=(W)Rodgers at QB(Hester Return TD ) 11 Rams=(W)Only have Davis at RB, Holt is getting old(Hester 2 Return TD ) 12 Vikings=L(Hester Return TD ) 13 Jaguars= (L/W)Toss up,They don't play well in the cold 14 Saints= (W) They don't play well in the cold 15 Packers = (W)Rodgers at QB(Hester Return TD last year) 16 Texans= (W) No running game Bold = Home Games

Thanks. You can send them any way you like one or two at a time, three or four. Last year I think the average shipping cost was a little under six dollars per shipment. But you will get that back and then some.
-
Hey thanks alot just tell me what you need. If you can send all the preseason games too, I will be in your debt list for live....or shall I say until the money is in the mail! LOL
-
Hey thanks for the info and yes I saw that and I tried to do it, but since I'm here in Iraq the military has limited the Internet access. You can't get the games to play not enough bandwidth
-
As i have done in the past, I will pay anyone to send me all the Bears games this year. Just let me know your address and I'll send the money to you by Western Union.
-
I think Baldwin and Harrison played good games. Toeaina and Graham also J.Williams. Its going to be tuff to left some of these players go. But who do you think that will get the cuts first when we go down to 75?
-
Now you have just cursed the man!! LOL You know that everyone that goes on the Madden cover gets hurt that year at some point..
-
Since Steve Smith will be out I hope they throw to him often when we play them so he can have a great day dropping the ball.
-
I really can't say what the chart is right now, but I hope Jones and Dusty play some.
-
Not wishing bad things to happen to players...it was good to see Moose get jacked up. Now maybe he will get the same treatment when we play them this year. He really just needs to shut his mouth and play ball
-
Our special teams will be better this and be on top of the NFL once again. Sure we have a few holes to fill but that simple with all the players we have ready to step up. Gould is kicking the ball off well and they are going deep into the end zone. He has also made a 67 yard field goal in practice. Now if he can do this in a game then we have an added weapon. With hester changing field postion and a threat to take it all the way, making coaches not wanting to kick to him, and then you have Maynard the punter pinning the other team deep with kicks inside the 20.
-
Jones is ready now. The bears are just being careful about his return so he will last the whole season. We are going to have a good 1-2 punch with two good third down players in Peterson/Wolfe.
-
Wolfe just needs to make plays. I hope that we keep our four RB'S because this will give us a better chance at winning if we use them in the right spots.
-
This just makes us a better team. Did anyone see the article that Gould made a 67 yd field goal in practice?

Panthers send Smith home after fight with Lucas

You know that this will be good for our team......No Smith on offense or as a punt returner. Now if we can just keep Manning and the knee of the field for the first game -
Panthers send Smith home after fight with Lucas

Under terms of the collective bargaining agreement, Smith could be suspended without pay for up to four games for conduct detrimental to the team. If this holds true then he won't be playing AGAIagainst us in the second game. -
Well it's like this......its a rotation. A year here and a year in the states so you can see how that goes.
-
Hey thanks for the vote of confidence. Well it's like 109 to 120 over here at times, mostly that dry heat but still HOT!!!!
-
Right now we have a good team shaping up. But we could be even better if we got rid of Metcalf and went out and signed C/G Bentley. We just might lose Manning Jr, but we are good in the depth in the back secondary. We don't need Lynch....too slow now. If we are going to pick up a QB Farve would be a great addition, or Culpepper would be better if Farve didn't fall to us. I just don't like the idea of Henine being a starter if Rex/Orton get hurt. We know pepper could be the man with all the targets we have to throw to. Jones was my pick out of the RB'S
-
Is that the begining of the NFL season or the Bears first game? If that's the case and it's the Bears first game then we play on Sept 7 so the days might need to be adjusted.

Smith expressed confidence that Terrence Metcalf, Josh Beekman or John St. Clair will fill the void at left guard after the Bears declined to re-sign veteran Ruben Brown. “One of them will step up in that role and give us the type of play we need,” Smith said. At receiver, Smith praised offseason acquisition Brandon Lloyd and revealed that Mark Bradley will participate in the first training camp practice after recovering from offseason knee surgery. “Brandon Lloyd has made as much progress and has looked as [good] as any of our players we’ve had in offseason work,” Smith said. “I’m anxious to see him take it to this next phase of getting ready for the season. “Mark Bradley is healthy. We expect him to get back to his old form in training camp.”

Maybe Jones didn't want to follow in another # 20 Joneses footsteps, then now I hope like hell that Steltz does not follow in the last #20 we had Archuleta cant cover a pot with a lid

IMHO I will go with the entire offense. We can only get better and we have.Have my reason is that we have Forte and Jones at RB Llyod/Booker/Bennett new at WR with something to prove. Olsen & Davis at TE(great mismatches) Tait at RT Williams at LT so this gives the O more fire power to go do some great things.
