I'll start by saying, nice format for your analysis. I like the down distance and time stamp. Really good viewing. On to the play: That play was completely by design. I don't know what the pros call it, but we called it a chip screen. Won rep. He absorbed the contact and maintained leverage. Won rep. Not a false start. Not walked back. See above... It's obvious in your wording that you have a bias. It's ok in a debate, but I don't do that when analyzing. I only rebutted the first three that you highlighted. Can't swallow any more of it. What really concerns me about your analysis is that I really don't believe you understand wins and losses in the trenches. It's hard in there. They are playing against nasty humans that are designed to defeat what you are doing. I didn't realize this was going to be a "tit for tat" but, you jumped in my lane with an agenda.

🍿 You're gonna eat what you said about Braxton...💩🥪

Kinda in between. He's a little better than Braxton in that area. It's funny, Braxton looks top heavy and Ozzy looks bottom heavy.

Just got done reviewing the left tackles. Braxton got 14 pass sets with two bad plays. One was the sack of Bagent. That play was disappointing because he made the initial block and lacked effort after. The second he whiffed on an inside block on a slight delayed rush. The smaller linebacker put cement in Braxton's shoes. He faced four bull rushes and handled them well. The other twelve sets were really good. He also played well in the run game. Ozzy got 16 pass sets with two bad plays. They were both outside rushes on his first two snaps. He cleaned it up after that, but they did have a back cup a couple times and a TE on another. Ozzy also played well in the run game. Overall, Braxton was slightly better in pass pro and run game. Braxton had the benefit of starting, so I look forward to Ozzy starting next week. Ozzy was better picking up the inside rushes. Seems like his lateral agility is better. Kind of an odd thing was Braxton made his mistakes late, while Ozzy made his early. After watching them both play, I feel Ozzy is closing the gap. The important thing to look at this week is his work on the outside. Braxton's conditioning needs to trend up, as this was his first week at full go.

To me, he looked too high and stiff with zero lateral agility. In almost every sport, it's butt down chest up with weight shifted to the balls of the feet. He looked like Frankenstein on that play. Stacey Dales said that this was the first week that he's worked at full speed. It doesn't look like he's there. I DVR'd the game and will review his and Trapillo's reps tomorrow. My wife is leaving for Chicago in the morning, so I'll have time on my hands.

Being a fan and former player, it drives me crazy. Wear the damn mouthpiece! It's part of the anti concussion protocol...🤯. My brain prays for you...🙏

I wouldn't last ten minutes...🤣

I stay busy but, I'm not as physically active as I should be. Getting ready to mow four acres though...

I'm going to look into the mitochondrial thing. Thank you!

I miss and love old kickoff from a viewers standpoint. Understanding the safety aspect, I fully endorse the new way of doing it.

I hope you're right. We should get more pressure up the middle as well. Dexter is going to be playing a lot of 1T this year, plus they'll move Dayo inside on passing downs.

This is pretty fresh with me since I lost my Dad a month ago. All I know is that he and my mother would demand I be at camp. Nate Davis used it at an excuse to steal from the Bears. He proved that by his actions the following year. Zah will have his own circumstances. Hopefully he's in camp soon.

No, but I'm gonna leave it alone from here on out.

If ifs were fifths we'd all be drunk. How do you think it would play in the locker room? (Three year starter supplanted by a rookie that is not better) There's a reason SF had to trade Joe Montana away. If 71 is gonna get to 76, he's gonna have to do it in practice first. That's the depth we want to build, where the young bulls start moving out the old bulls. You gotta beat him first or the rest of the bulls don't buy it.

Nope. 73 always beats 71. Contract doesn't matter at all. The only way 71 takes over for 73 is injury or trade. Then you decide to sign, trade or let walk.
