Brown to Cincy
Dude is a dumbass. He cost himself millions by refusing to play right tackle.

Consensus Big Board Top 10 (25 FEB Edition)
Not only was he heavy and out of shape, he didn't even finish the drills that people came to see him do. Hard no...

Orlando Brown is going to command at least 25 mil/year. I'm looking at current teams that have that clout are the Bears, Falcons, Raiders, Patriots, Bengals and Cardinals. I'm eliminating the Bengals, Patriots and Raiders because they wouldn't have enough left for the rookie pool. Screw it, we're getting his ass! We own this off-season!

TJ Edwards to Bears - 3YR Deal (Ex Eagle LB)
He should be ok with that. We just don't want him near slot receivers that the Will will get.

My Free Agent Guesses
We still may be in play for Orlando Brown. He's going to command an unaffordable deal for most teams. Also, Brown has gone to 4 consecutive pro bowls at both tackle positions by the age of 26. If the Chiefs signed the other guy for 20 mil a year, Brown is probably looking for 25 mil.

Bears sign LB Trumaine Edmunds
I'm thinking Edmonds will absolutely be the MLB with Edwards being Will and Sanborn being the Sam. Sanborn would come out on Nickel and Dime and Edwards coming out in Dime. Back to the days of Url, Briggs and Hill...

Bears sign Guard Nate Davis
No. Wait. Heck no!

Bears sign LB Trumaine Edmunds
He is exactly the guy Flus wants roaming the middle. He's a lot longer than Roquan is. Kind of an Urlacher type of athlete. I like it.

I Never Thought I Would Be Weary Of Mock Drafts!
Now that we've addressed a few needs, here is a look at what could happen on draft day. As we sign more free agents, of course this will change. I'm not sure why they give me a D for the RB. I can take the heat.

He can get two starters at DE easily in this draft.

TJ Edwards to Bears - 3YR Deal (Ex Eagle LB)
He'll be the new Hunter Hillenmeier.

TJ Edwards to Bears - 3YR Deal (Ex Eagle LB)
Sanborn will be that 2 down LB for us. TJ is a premier coverage LB, so he'll play all downs.

Bears sign Guard Nate Davis
At 14 mil, I'm thinking Whitehair is going to have to restructure or get cut.
-
Bears sign LB Trumaine Edmunds
Got 2 for 1 Roquan. I remember wanting Edmonds over Roquan in the draft. Crazy stuff. How much money do we have left?

I don't know that guy, but it's very plausible at this point given that the right tackles are signed elsewhere.

My Free Agent Guesses
I'm thinking the only big top player splash is on OL or that DL from the Broncos. Everything else is meh. Maybe Monty back for 5 mil or less per year.

Jalen Ramsey traded
If a player is worth it, Poles will pay. If not, duh...

Bears Trade #1 to Panthers
Honestly, I wouldn't mind moving completely out of the first round. The second round has starter quality players at every position of need that we have. Also, knowing how valuable a good "move" tight end is, Dalton Kincaid should be considered with a mid to late first.

Bears Trade #1 to Panthers
Does anyone remember what we gave up to move up for Justin? I think Tampa might be a player...

Welcome DJ Moore, WR1
I'm good with Taylor. I think his run rating is not warranted.

Bears Trade #1 to Panthers
Just when my off season high was at its peak, you come in with this plausible pipe dream. ?? ??????????

Welcome DJ Moore, WR1
Wait till we get a bona fide running back to add to the arsenal.

Top FA Targets
Moore's contract is actually feasible and he's on the hook three more years. There's 6 RT in this draft that will start next year. Also saw that Thielen was released from the Vikings. I'd think he'd be a addition before we got Moore. With Moore, Mooney, Claypool, Jones and ESB, there's no room for a vet. I can see us drafting a burner with one of our seconds.
