Bears Trade for WR Chase Claypool
It will be interesting to see who gets a contract from us between Pettis, St Brown, Harry and Pringle. So far, Pringle is the only one to NOT make a big play.

Bears Trade for WR Chase Claypool
One more reason to like this trade is that if you factor how long it will take for a 2023 rookie to get up to speed, what good does that do for Justin? I love all of the reasons everyone gave and the better part of it is that's not fluff.

Bears Trade for WR Chase Claypool
Something else about Claypool is that we may now have the three best blocking WR's in the NFL. This tells me we'll be drafting a stud RB to keep the stable full.

Bears Trade for WR Chase Claypool
I'm wondering with Claypool's size that they may try to turn him into a move TE. He could prove to be very valuable at that position. Kmet would then be move to the inline TE.

Roquan Traded to Ravens
I don't trust Eddie Jackson. He still only hits when it is absolutely necessary. Yes, he has improved this year, but he's 28 and doesn't seem like a leader. I'd rather have Jaquon Brisker as my tone setter. I haven't looked who would be a good fit for him, but would love to get something.

Roquan Traded to Ravens
If I'm Poles, I'm all in with Fields for next season. Build around him and if he fails, we are stacked for the next QB and in great financial shape.

Fields compared to other QBs

My takes from this game. Our run game is legit. We must ensure it stays that way. I love Justin Fields toughness and resilience. Rylie Rieff is clearly better than Larry Borom. Mustipher is terrible. The defensive line is now the weakest unit on the team, followed by the linebackers. Poles has infinite possibilities this off season. Hopefully he can get a stud receiver and 3 technique, while bolstering the OL. Everything else is BPA and depth...- Week 8 Official Game Thread - CHI at DAL, +10, O/U 42.5, 1200 on Fox
Stay strong Stinger! Bear nation is with you...??????- Week 8 Official Game Thread - CHI at DAL, +10, O/U 42.5, 1200 on Fox
We just got the kiss of death from the ESPN crew. Three outta five picked the Bears.- Fields compared to other QBs
Definitely don't want that long term. One thing I've noticed is that he takes more hits on the scrambles than he does on designed runs.- Where is the media outrage?
One thing that was talked about before the Pats game was that Belichick was going surpass Papa Bear on the wins list. They waxed on about how poetic it was going to be, that it would be in front of his home crowd and against the Bears. They can all suck it! The collective spirit of Bears passed wasn't going to have it...??- What if
If that happens, it would be all the talk. There was already chatter this week. Folks would definitely take notice in a big way.- While the Offense Evolves...
We saw some good things Monday night with our offense dominating in yards, points and TOP. When Ryan Poles told the coaching staff that it was time to access what we do best, I believe the time was right. While the outcome is something we've been looking for, it's not the model for our future success. Current success dictates that we use Justin as a weapon on the ground. While running QB's might win an MVP, none have won the Super Bowl. While Justin can have success being Lamar or Cam, his ultimate success would be Steve Young or Josh Allen. I simply don't think it's sustainable. Also, as much as I love a good run game with a back like Henry, they ain't going anywhere either. I'm glad we got a glimpse. Better yet, glad Poles and company have seen enough to know what Justin needs for development. Part II of the plan is the most important. 125 mil and the future of the franchise depends upon it.- OL still a desperate need
Yo Jason, I know you're a big Bama guy. What's up with Leatherwood? You and I were kinda high on him and deliberating whether he'd be a 1st or 2nd. Got any scoops?- Quinn Trade Rumors
Quinn to the Eagles for a 4th. Suck on it Stinger...??- OL still a desperate need
Yeah, Patrick was supposed to be the guy, but bad luck got on the way. Mustipher seems lost, as he completely blows at switching off and anchoring. This has led to many inside pressures. Center is priority one. RT would be next.- Ryan Poles is the Man!
Looking back, it's blatant. I never saw so many defacto nominations for Bearstalk GM in any other administration. The liberal use of trading draft picks was insane. And paying that giraffe neck QB 15 mil was ?.- Ryan Poles is the Man!
That is a scenario too. I titled this thread "Poles is the Man", but indeed Polian is the man as well. I truly believe the Polian hiring is the key to ALL of this. He educated the top to let football people be football people.- Ryan Poles is the Man!
That was his fatal flaw. Why did he trade up so many times? It's because he knew something about the player that nobody else did. What an arrogant jackass!- Power Rankings
I looked others. They all have us rising. PFT has us at 18- Ryan Poles is the Man!

I couldn't love this impromptu interview anymore. It's almost like he's telling you what's about to happen three hours before the game.
