  1. Exactly. Plus, Fields has the build to shrug off the first tackler where Vick had to juke them.
  2. With Vick, it was the first 5 yards that set him loose and to the eye, special. Fields has long speed and a bigger frame. Both skillsets are great, but different.
  3. Vick just ran a 4.7 last week at forty years old.
  4. He has a unique technique. On pass sets, he waits for the DL to get hands on him first then apply a counter move. My only concern is if he faces a strong handed edge rusher that uses that against him. We'll see real soon. I'm optimistic!
  5. Speed was a weakness and now a strength!
  6. Agreed and hope we are right. I'd love to give them hell for the next 15 years...?
  7. Forgot about Jones. Thanks
  8. We are missing depth at left tackle. My personal preference would be to let our rookie season in at right tackle, as that is where his best experience is. It is always risky to start a rookie there anyway. Love or hate Leno, his experience will be missed. Our depth at middle linebacker is also a concern. Otherwise. I like it...
  9. I would cut Graham. Although his production was good last year, his presence this year will stunt Kmet's growth as they play the same position. When they implemented Kmet in the short passing game last year, he showed more playmaking ability and some nasty attitude that fires a team up. I like Hicks for one more year. 75% of Hicks is better than anything else we have up front.
  10. ????? Just Jason getting rid of his priapism!

  12. No, no, no, hell no! Yes, Fields is dripping with talent. But he needs to learn the ropes. Bringing him along slowly is absolutely the way to go. Too many QB's are ruined by early expectations.
  13. Miller is clearly on notice. Like I said in another post. He was publicly on the trading block and nobody wanted him. Now he has to get his head together or his NFL days are done. Somehow, I think he'll have a decent season.

Remember, Pace and Nagy have the smartest guy in the room syndrome. Only a fool would think he could draft 5 guys a year and fill a legit NFL roster. Love Jenkins, hate the trade. We could have had Dillon Radunz at 52 and still have our 3rd and pick WR Amari Rodgers from Clemson.

Nobody wanted Anthony Miller. If I'm Nagy, I sit Miller down and essentially tell him that he is the most gifted receiver on the team, but nobody wants you. Get your shit together or this will be over in training camp and remember, nobody wanted you.
  16. Here's my PFF draft for the remainder. No trades.
  17. As long as we draft a couple of DB's, I want all offense from here on out. Make the big money vets on defense earn their keep...
  18. I ranked him as the best QB in this draft. But, I also loved Trubisky, so this could be another kiss of death, lol...
  19. New Megatron. Bigger, stronger and faster.
  20. Best deal comes tonight if GB doesn't blow it.
  21. I don't think it's a rumor. They are reporting that the brass flew to Rodgers a few times to patch things up, to no avail. They even offered him a contract extension. Also, this is a dude that doesn't even converse with his family.
  22. Here is what lucked into. I had a scenario where there were many players that other teams wanted more than I did, so I got 4 trade downs in the first round. I love the result. Also, some of the picks I love the most got the worst grade...
  23. Do you mind if put my final draft in here later? If a top OT falls, I will stay at 20. If not, a trade down will occur.
