Orlando Brown Traded
He'll be worth it. As long as they have Mahomes and Kelce, all the other offensive pieces can be young, fast and cheap.

Orlando Brown Traded
I actually think they won. They traded the 31st pick for a young pro bowl left tackle. (Priceless) Then look at the rest of the trade. They get 58 and give up 94 & 136. I don't know what the value chart says, but I can guarantee the proven commodity is worth more than 31. Look at the Tunsil trade.

?. If we hit on the three you mentioned, we CAN be a really good team this year. That's why I've days from day one that I don't want to go all in to fix QB. Let's see how the D performs this year. If they let us down this year, it's time to purge because rookie QB play won't make up for how they played. We also, will have much more cap and draft flexibility to go in on QB next year. Then, at least, he'll have an OL and skill weapons in place.

Lemon's Mock 2.0 Last Swing And A Miss
I've scouted the heck out of him. He's a bulldozer and a day one starter for someone. He can play everything except LT. He and Tevin Jenkins would make a nasty right side.

I have Darrishaw as the third best LOT in the draft. Would love to have him.

Tashaun Gipson Resigned
I would add DT. Even at that, if things go perfectly we could draft BPA at all of those with the picks we have. Just need luck.

I've wanted to go to Thailand for a long time. Do you go for business or vacation? What areas are the best for local street food and scenery?

Bears looking to trade up for QB
I honestly don't think QB 5 will make it past 9.

Bears looking to trade up for QB
I think Justin Field's is going to be the star out of this group.

QB reach at 20 is worst for me.

Bears one of first teams to skip voluntary...
It's really much of nothing. Once covid19 is gone, things will go back to normal.

Bears one of first teams to skip voluntary...
The whole NFL is probably going to do it.

Miller still on the trading block
If Pace could pull that trade off, it would almost offset the other dumbass trades he's made.

Non-First Round QBs, who you got?

Oh hell no! No buts. An offensive tackle or two is a must. In saying that, they must be groomed before a young QB. It all starts up front and I want our next prospect to succeed. Very true. As mentioned above, it all starts up front. OL and DL are infrastructure prices that must be solid and have depth. If we can squeeze another year out of this unit, great. I'm thinking at a minimum we need to spend a pick on a Trevathon replacement. It should be easy to find a good run stuffer. Roquan can handle the pass coverage.

If we are drafting a pure right tackle, I agree. If we are drafting a left tackle to play the right side for a year, I'm taking Samuel Cosmi, Dillon Radunz or Walker Little. Little and Radunz can be had in the second giving you the ability to trade down or draft a higher DB, WR or edge.

Mock Drafts
I watched him at his pro day and he wowed me with his athleticism and size. Very agile dude. I definitely understand the skepticism. If Jaylon Mayfield fell to that pick, it was over.

OT - Of course! Draft is deepest ever here. Must be done. WR - our skill positions are slow compared to better teams. DB, DL, OL, LB best available Could you imagine Christian Darishaw and Quinn Menierz on the right side this year?

Miller still on the trading block
Yay, we'll get another 6th rounder...?
-
Eight maybe available
When was the last time we had depth and all of our draft picks? I believe it was the "trust me" year from Lovie after he let Chico walk. The greatest weakness on our team was Rex Grossman and we failed to draft a QB to replace him. I'm not sure we've had a draft in the last 8 years where we didn't have needs or just certain players to get us over the hump. Now we are on a situation where we lack depth, missing draft picks and in bad cap shape. Is that environment conducive to grooming a new QB? I certainly don't think so. That's why I really want to build the fronts before we make another QB a sacrificial lamb. Once we do that, then we can do what GB does with QB's. Until then, it's just good ol Bears comical shit.
