What are we closer to having an identity with is my question? It's defense. What do we need on defense? Pass rush! That is the number one priority. A dominant defense makes Trubisky's job so much easier, as it affords him and the OC the opportunity to open it up a little. I disagree with any notion that says draft all offense. IMO, we need one tackle and one receiver. Good guards are a dime a dozen in FA. Stoke the defense and get it there next year. Definitely will rely on a ball control offense and develop into what we need.

I do. I happen to love that the arrow is pointed up. I love the way Trubisky is being brought aLong slowly. I love that we have a better record than ANYONE predicted. I've been around football my entire life and as a bears fan, this staff is second to only Ditka and Ryan. Patience is a must...

Who do you suggest? John Fox took an expansion franchise with Jake Delhomme to the Super Bowl. Then as expected he took the Broncos to the Super Bowl and inevitably left because he could not get along with John Elway. The reason of their dispute was the handling of Peyton Manning. Fox was right and the Broncos won a Super Bowl the next year without him using the plan he wanted to use. I trust him this year and next to grow this team and keep Trubisky safe.
