From my perspective, you must have ability to stretch the field to be able to effectively run the ball. We don't have the speed at any position to get any team out their game plan.

I'm really interested to see what SF looks like after losing a bunch of talent, because it looks like they should have replacements in the pipeline. Also interested to see how many of them stuck and are with other teams.

It depends on whether they think Winston is a fit. On the BPA front, nobody said draft a QB every pick if they are BPA etc. The premise is to not let needs dictate your draft. Proactive vs reactive is all it is.
