  1. My simple thought is that he is not a difference maker. There are 5 running backs in this year's draft that can run for more than Forte and they'll be cheaper and 9 years younger. Forte can help a lot of teams more than he can help us.
  2. Tre Jackson OG Detroit and SCS is up...
  3. Lol, you know what's crazy about the NFL draft is the fact that we could have this draft and the odds are that it would not be a historically great one.
  4. Following your trade: 15) Breshad Perriman - WR 39) Jake Fisher - OT 46) Tevin Coleman - RB 3rd) Hronis Grassu - C 4th) Kurtis Drummond - S 5th) Cam Thomas - CB 6th) Athletic small school sleeper I trade Forte for a 4th and pick up another DB
  5. He has no leverage, so I'm not concerned. He's a pro. He'll come in on time and in shape. I would still trade him for a pick and draft the type of back the new staff wants. I'd take any off the top 5 in this draft.

    Well said
  7. Colts select Breshad Perriman WR. Next...
  8. Since we invested highly on D via free agency, I'll go O. We need OL, youth and speed everywhere. Amari Cooper WR Jake Fisher OT Tevin Coleman RB Arie Kouandjio. sp? OG Andy Gallik C Jeff Heuerman TE Antwan Goodley WR
  9. Due to having the oldest secondary in NFL history the Cincinnati Bengals select the third Collins in a row. CB Jalen Collins from LSU. Not sure who's next...
  10. I agree in principle only. So many other things need addressed before we mortgage the future again with an unknown. If Cutler it's as bad this year as last, we'll be in good position to go all out next year. But, let's fix some of the other shit first.

I wanted Chandler Jones or Whitney Merciless
  12. Someone did bid the reserve amount and got it.
  13. I'll take Cincy to help take some load off you.
  14. I was done with him halfway through the Ohio State game.
  15. Kiper has him as the 6th best player in the draft.
  16. Just mentioned him on the draft post, so obviously I'm in!
  17. This is what I want as well. I don't think there is a corner worthy of 7, so I wouldn't go there. That OT from Iowa is 6 on Mel's big board. I wouldn't mind that either.
  18. Guarantee he's bigger too. Garza is lucky if he's actually 285...
  19. So, if Gurley or Gordon is there in the 2nd round, you don't pick them? Forte would be gone before the draft was over.
  20. I'll take the Colts

From my perspective, you must have ability to stretch the field to be able to effectively run the ball. We don't have the speed at any position to get any team out their game plan.
  22. With the lack of talent all over the team, I don't think BPA was never not an option.
