On Arians: Yes he took Rothlesberger, as a rookie to the be the SB champ. It's not like he was handed a veteren. Again, with Luck. Everyone knows the Colts were supposed to be ass. Yet, they came together with a new GM, new coaching staff, 36 new players and 6 starting rookies. Let alone the whole Pagano ordeal. Arians is long overdue for a shot.

You give Angelo credit for players he did not draft. Drafted starters: Briggs, Tillman, Paea, Steltz, Wright and Conte.(maybe Wooten and SMC) Not drafted: Peppers, Jennings, Roach, Urlacher, Idonije, Toinae, Hayden, Hayes and Okoye all started this year. Problem is the disproportionate amount of picks he used on DL, S and CB vs the lack of picks he used on OL, WR and TE. JA was good at everything but drafting...

I'm wondering if Emery doen't keep Davis. He specifically mentioned Davis in his presser after firing Lovie. Scary huh?

Agreed. I live in the Indy area and Arians is a god around here. The Colts were supposed to be a complete disaster this past season.(Pre-season power rank was 32) Everyone around here are still on cloud nine and full of hope for next season. Anyone in Pittsburgh that says they don't want him back is delusional...

Give it a break. Roach and Url are not under contract. You know Hayes is horrible as well. So we do have ONE starting LB, a backup that sucks and an untested guy. Not saying we draft LB in the first, hell no for safety. BTW - Briggs is NOT what he used to be and he aint gettin any younger either.

He's a Dallas Clark clone. Clark is listed at 6'3, but I can guarantee he's 6'1. He was a beast for years at TE.

They were young and on an upswing. I said they needed an OC and they got an offensive coach, OC and drafted offense. Singletary built the base of that team. They still play with the identity he instilled in them. He was not horrendous. Anyway, I'm endorsing him as a DC not HC.

I agree there's a place for him. I just longer think it's in the 1st round.
