  1. I should have went into more detail, why I disagree with the analogy. The game was different 32 years ago. If anyone thinks that Justin and Aikman took the same beating, they would be completely wrong. That's just the start. It was a RB dominated league back then, yet Aikman's stats are better. In today's game, they would be 20-30% higher. Year three, Aikman makes Pro Bowl. Justin made the swirly bowl.
  2. The rumors are already swirling, since Washington hired Stinksberry. We get a haul for the number one and draft our dynasty.
  3. Oh Skip. I can tell you're a journalist. Nice try.
  4. Sorry, but I've been here for twenty plus years and Pix is the Dom of this site. He's never beefed with anyone. You seem to have problems with anyone that you interpret as a threat. It's you that needs to dial it down. Nobody wants the animosity.
  5. I get it. But, it's a totally different story. Do some digging. He's not Mitch. I'll be at the combine to watch them all in three weeks and will be looking for the little things.
  6. BearfanPHX, you are out of line. You'll always be a brother, but I honestly think you need a time out. (Whether it's self imposed or from an admin) Nobody is our has been attacking you. The chip on the shoulder has become too big.
  7. Are sure that was Cronin? She's not in the business of rumors.
  8. That's what I want regardless of where Caleb wants to go. That's because I'm a Drake Maye guy. The extra picks would be icing...
  9. The is a center out of Arkansas, Beaux Limmer. He's a physical freak of an athlete. He can be drafted later if we sign a vet on free agency. Just another body to look at.
  10. Courtney Cronin is the only woman I'm listening to when it comes to the Bears.
  11. That dude has so much wiggle, nobody can guard him at the senior bowl. I'm amazed at the white boys with so much twitch this year.
  12. I forget, but it was three trades, down to 32.
  13. Oh, and I trust a palaeontologist over someone that saw it in a museum...?
  14. Now, there's a chance they were planted to throw us for a loop. I have no data, only possibilities. ?
  15. Since 2001, when the NFL started protecting QBs there have only been two QBs, that were NOT considered great passers, to win a Superbowl. That's around 8 percent. Out of that 8 percent, zero have been running quarterbacks as their primary threat. Betting that Justin will be the first, will get you an invite to my casino.
  16. This is what baffles me. What do you see in Justin, that you didn't see in Mitch? Looking back I wanted to keep Mitch another year, while they blew up the team. What they did was get rid of Mitch, drafted Fields and didn't blow anything up. The blow up happened a year later. They used Fields as a punching bag for the last two years of the rebuild. I believe Justin is seeing ghosts due to three years of shell shock. Using Bryce Young is not a very good argument point. For starters, he's not rated nearly as high as Williams and Maye. Young does not have a single generational trait about him. (Size, speed arm talent). Secondly, everyone knew we were trading that pick, as it the only thing that made sense. We seemed last year, "the year of Justin", because we knew it wasn't about wins and losses. It was about the development of Justin. We all said, before the season started, that we needed to see him get the ball out on time. He failed at it. Hindsight is exactly what we said it would be, yet we are still talking about it's translation.
  17. This! Honestly, it's like politics. Listening to someone you don't politically align with is sometimes hurtful to the ears. But, if you listen without the intent of responding. IE just listen. You may understand better that there is more than one right answer. What we are discussing lately is, what's the best right answer?
  18. Adam posted it in another thread.
  19. Rattler? He's projected to go in the third round. However, the dude has talent. Quick release, accurate and can sling it. They say he needs to mature a little more, but last year was a good sign in that area.
  20. For Waldren to supplant Flus, Flus would really have to shit the bed defensively. I'm not sure if I've ever seen a HC fired and replaced by his coordinator, other than in season.
