No doubt. We know the Bears are fond of using players out of position. Particularly on the OL where an OG is C, a OT is OG, a C is OG, and a guy who should be working as a Walmart shelf-stocker as a key backup and occasional starter.

Funny you bring that up. My admin privileges were not taken away...I volunteered to give them up on the old board. Why? Because someone cried about me doing precisely what balta is talking about: Cleaning up a message board by being an admin. Someone posted a comment with political content; I edited it. I didn't take away any of the football content, but there were still cries of tyrant, fascist, freedom of speech, etc. All wrong. When we transitioned to this board, the question never came up. And just like normal, you either lie or fabricate information. It most certainly started on your end...don't make me look it up and destroy what little credibility you have, because deep down you know the truth.

Dude. Get serious. The pocket collapsed. For a timing route there may have been enough time, but don't act like Cutler had all day to throw the ball. And then when he did throw it, he had a small window to throw the ball. And on top of all that, it went through the receiver's hands. A bit high? Yes. That's realistic. Dodged a bullet on that one. If not for a stupid formation penalty on the Panthers - nothing the Bears necessarily did on that situation - the Panthers are either still driving for the TD or ahead with the FG right now.

Looks like the Panthers made a defensive change at half. They plan on loading up against the run. Recipe for disaster in the past.

I find it hard to believe there isn't SOMEONE out there better than Omiyale. This guy is easily the worst player in the NFL. When he's in I expect something to go wrong.

Whatever defense the Bears play, Cover-2, Lovie-2, Zone-Dominant, it doesn't matter. We all know that just about any competent NFL QB can gash them from 20-to-20 until the zone tightens up. This is not a surprise. The defense they play is designed to get pressure with the front-4, and when that doesn't happen (like now), it's incredibly vulnerable.

And Omiyale gets destroyed again, thereby screwing up the play. WTF. There HAS to be someone on the roster who can do better than this guy. He's atrocious. CUT HIM AT HALF TIME.

Let's not fool ourselves. I'm happy with the mudhole the offense is stomping in the Panthers' D, but this is more about the Panthers sucking monumentally than the Bears' OL dominating. This just in, the Carolina rush Defense sucks.
