  1. Like I said, he's targeting players specifically. I don't know where Nick Kwiatkoski was projected by the Bears - saw him from 4th to 7th in various mocks - but he's a guy I've liked for a while. He's a ball player. I don't know the Bears need an ILB since they just signed two, but I think he's a good player. Would rather have had Scooby though.
  2. Trade up? Again, it looks like Pace is targeting specific players and moving up/down based upon whether or not he can get them.
  3. The Lions scare me the most. Aside from being the Lions, they've made some solid picks. Decker is nasty. Robinson has the potential to be nasty. Glasgow is nasty. And now they draft Killebrew, a SS who delivers the biggest hits in the draft.
  4. Bolded...I hope not. We saw that at RT he was not nearly as effective as he was at RG. He's a stud RG, a potential HOFer. He's an average RT. And LT is traditionally harder than RT. I really hope Whitehair is going to be given a shot at LT. He played very well there. All the short arm/long arm stuff is somewhat overrated in my opinion. If a guy with X length arms hits at full extension, and a guy with X+2" length arms hits with a little bent elbow, it ends up being a wash. It also has to do with hip lowering, body angle, thrust, and a variety of other body angles that make blockers good or bad.
  5. My dream fourth round, in no order: -Dak Prescott -Jayron Kearse -Scooby Wright
  6. I'm hoping he plays LT. I like him there more than I like him at OG.
  7. But why? I'm a professed OL lover, and I would not do that. Clark makes more sense since Long officially got moved back to OG.
  8. I'm not sure how I feel about the trade. I really thought Alexander had great potential. And to go within the division hurts more.
  9. So the trade with the Seahawks was a loss on the trade value chart. I wonder why we didn't push for one of Seattle's 3rd round picks? That makes more sense.
  10. The 4th round this year has some significant value. Imagine the following: Joe Haeg, LT, NDST Jerrell Adams, TE, USC Jayron Kearse, SS, Clemson
  11. So a 3rd, three 4ths, one 5th, two 6ths, one 7th? 8 picks. Not bad.
  12. The only other trade I know of with the Seahawks involved Rick Mirer...and that didn't work out well.
  13. I don't know about this trade now. Damnit I want a pick. EDIT: The Bears must be targeting specific players, and if they're not there, they are going back for value.
  14. Yeah, I decided...I want Alexander.
  15. Yeah, that Spriggs pick narrowed things down. I'm hoping it's Mackenzie or Reed right now...and I'm not sure Reed fits the scheme.
  16. Dropping like flies. Starting to get worried.
  17. I like him a lot, but I didn't want him in the 2nd. I don't think the Bears need a RB that bad. The Bears need Defense.
  18. Why the hell did the Titans pick Henry? They have Murray. Also, damn Lions. Grabbed Robinson. That sucks.
  19. Baltimore gets a Boise St. DE? First time I've ever really doubted Newsome.
  20. NICE! I like it! This draft is deep. Two in the fourth, one fifth, and two in the sixth. We could still move up if needed.
  21. Giants - Sterling Shepard. Wow. Horrible pick. I like the trade down because it appears there are a lot of options right now.
  22. Anyone know the details? I don't see the Bears selecting in the 2nd round right now.
  23. A'Shawn Robinson or Mackensie Alexander are the two I'm hoping for. EDIT: Dammit. Bears trade down.
