They traded pick 105 from the 4th and next years #2 pick from next year.
-
Bears pick Anthony Miller/WR
-
Bears back in the 2nd round, their pick is on the clock.
-
What we have is two starters from day one. Very different from last year. He will be a 10 year starter with some pro bowls along the way. Is just 20 years old, and will get better as he grows in strength. We still have two needs to fill but we fixed one spot right now. I still think we draft a OT prospect to take over for Massie after this year. I think what we forget is HH will raise everybodys play along the line. I think HH had a lot of input in this pick.
-
I am okay with not moving down for the simple fact we have a starter in Daniels/OC. Plug and play
-
Daniels/OC good pick
-
He was trying to go up and get Landry. A first round rated player that had some medical issues. As someone said, Hernandez isn't really a fit in our scheme but Daniel's is a blue chipper. Another he might have wanted was Oliver/CB who still could be there at 39.
-
I have read much about liking Isaiah Oliver/CB from Col State a lot, that could be our move. I want OL, but I think we have a better chance of getting a potential starter in the 4th with players like W. Teller/OG and Skylar Phillips/OG instead of a OLB. I think we should prioritize pass rusher with Landry-Carter-Sweat-Key and grab a WR and OL later in the 4th.
-
In round 2 these players should be available to us Daniels/OC Hernandez/OG C. Kirk/WR Landry/OLB Carter/OLB I think Landry is the target we tried to move back in the first round for. If he is not there the next PBA is probably Daniels/OC or Carter/OLB.

here is the order of the teams in front of us and lets try to figure what their needs are 1 Cleveland Browns 2 New York Giants 3 Cleveland Browns From 4 Indianapolis Colts 5 Indianapolis Colts From 6 Tampa Bay Buccaneers The Browns have two picks and are still in need of RB, S and OL. Connor Williams/OT-Ronnie Harrison/S-D Guice/RB-R Jones/RB are in play. The Giants are still in need of OL, CB and WR. C. Williams/OT-J. Jackson/CB-I. Oliver/CB and a big WR. Cortland Sutton/ WR are in play. Indy has two choices ahead of us and need RB, OL, CB, and WR. D. Guice/RB-R. Jones/RB-C. Sutton/WR-C. Kirk/WR-J. Jackson/CB-I. Oliver/CB- C. Williams/OT are in play. Tampa Bay is still in need of RB, CB, S, and DE Ronnie Harrison/S-D Guice/RB-R Jones/RB-J. Jackson/CB-I. Oliver/CB So these players should still be available to us. Daniels/OC Hernandez/OG Landry/OLB Carter/OLB I. Oliver/CB

Here is a BPA list according to GBND website. 1 Connor Williams OT 6-5 296 5.05 Texas X 2 James Daniels C 6-3 306 Iowa 3 Derrius Guice RB 5-10 224 4.49 LSU 4 Harold Landry OLB 6-2 252 4.64 Boston College X, DE 5 Maurice Hurst DT 6-1 292 Michigan X 6 Josh Jackson CB 6-0 196 4.56 Iowa 7 Will Hernandez OG 6-2 327 5.15 Texas-El Paso 8 Christian Kirk WR 5-10 201 4.47 Texas A&M 9 Courtland Sutton WR 6-3 218 4.54 Southern Methodist 10 Lorenzo Carter OLB 6-5 250 4.50 Georgia DE 11 Carlton Davis CB 6-1 206 4.53 Auburn 12 Isaiah Oliver CB 6-0 201 4.50 Colorado 13 Sam Hubbard DE 6-5 270 Ohio State 14 Ronald Jones RB 5-11 205 4.40 USC X 15 Ronnie Harrison S 6-2 207 I think we should stay at 39 and grab a round 1 type talent with our second pick. I think he will look for pass rush- So Landry and Carter are in play. If we go with OL, Williams, Daniels, and Hernandez are in play. I guess you see who drops to you. Maybe WR is in play as the BPA or CB. We will get a good player and just take the best one. They all will help.
-
In the second round , we should take the BPA among the pass rushers or OL. Landry-Danvenport-Carter-Sweat or Turay For OL, we still have Price-Daniels-Hernandez-Wynn-Colbert-Ragnow. I think if we can trade back and still grab Ragnow/OC then grab Sweat or Turay with the 3rd pick we get. we did good.
-
If your trading and want a guy, you talk to the next team up. Why would a team call us when they got a descent trade in front of us.They didnt call us and say if we cant get TB to trade we will get back to you.
-
TB took the trade so we didn't get to choose, they weren't going to call us first.
-
We now have the next great LB for the Bears, he will be a all pro by his second year. Makes everybody around him better.
-
they go as low as they can go, to grab a QB
-
He keeps getting compared to Ray Lewis, Patrick Willis and Derrick Brooks, good company.
-
Well we just drafted Patrick Willis, cool
-
R Smith, good choice
-
other than Chubb, we have the best D players left to draft, I think its Fritz and or Smith
-
Its a bogus rankings when they have Minkah Fitzpatrick is the the 16th best player. Also Taven Bryan is a joke,. he is athletic but has 0 production in college. His last year he had 17 ts, 3 TFL and one sack.
-
All of this interest and attention then it will end up like a bad first date.
-
I would be happy with either, I would like Patrick Willis of which Smith is.
-
I'd have no problem with several but we need to draft a potential all pro type. Plug and play Nelson R.Smith Fritzpatrik Pass rusher, after Chubb will be a reach Davenport or Landry Pace reach: Edmunds, potential but not ready for prime time
