he is just guy, we need bodies, good teams keep rolling with players until one sticks that shows promise or breakout of a mediocre past.

I think that 3 QBs, Barkely and Chubb will be gone. The rest is a big crap shoot. We should have a choice of Fritzpatrick or Nelson if another QB is taken. I would have no problem with Fritz, Nelson, R Smith, Edmunds. Also I would not want Ward but that could end up being a good pick with all the passing done in the NFL these days. I could understand us taking Davenport or Landry, if they believe to be blue chip edge rushers.
-
Actually R. Smith would be a great addition to the defense and be a leader. I would prefer him to Edmunds that would take a few years to develop.
-
Turay has more upside, otherwise sold picks

I think we need two pass rushers, Floyd has yet to play a full season. The possibility exists we could get grab Fitzpatrick. He could play at either S spot, the off CB, and the slot CB. He is known as a play maker and Fangio could easily throw him all over the place and still have plenty of snaps for all of our starters right now. Also could be Ward/CB, R. Smith/ILB, D. James/S or Edmunds. I see as a spoiler the possibility we could draft H. Landry/OLB or Vita Vea/DT. big board order: Chubb Nelson Fritzpatrick Edmunds Ward James Landry Vea

I think there is other pass rushers with less issues that have high upside that you wont have to deal with the risk.
-
Not only does he have a potential character issue, also he had should surgery last year from last year that affected how well he played on the field. He also has quickness but is not fact. He ran a 4.89 at his pro day, not in the elite class of OLBs. Not worth a 2nd round consideration but from the third or fourth round would be a good pick.

Sowell is the OT backup plan so far. They will draft one. The starter right now is Eric Kush at LG. We have no idea the influence of H. Heinstand to the play of existing players. I would say it boosts every starter one step forward. They have added Watford, just a experience backup -nothing special. They have moved Coward to OG with the concept of developing him for the future. unknown and probably be stashed on the practice squad for future considerations. I would have no problem if they drafted OL with the first two picks but probably be a OT prospect and a potential starter at OC or OG depending on the Nelson draft pick. I see a D player at one and the 2nd round maybe a center, Price, or Daniels, have read a lot of good things about Frank Ragnold. Another option is draft Connor Williams at 8 and play him at OG. A potential blue chip pick. Ideally we move back. And grab one OLB and 2 OL with the next few picks.
-
Sweat is probably a 3rd or 4th round option with upside.
-
It is not a revelation moving Coward, but with Morgan, Kush, Wartford, and Kyle they are adding depth at the position to tell me, they may not draft one high if Nelson is gone. If they think Kush is a good option, I can see them going defense first round and maybe a RT in the second round to upgrade Massie now.
-
I find this interesting. I think they may think they have their starter in Eric Kush and now will have Morgan and Coward as backups. It worked well for for Big Cat Williams in the day.I would say if Nelson doesn't make it to our pick, we will go defense and maybe a OT prospect later in the draft to replace Massie after this year.

I did this mock on FirstPIck.com and that is the best trade down they offered. I personally think Buffalo is more in play than any other team.

Since we are so close to the draft, here is a shot at what I think will happen. We do one trade back with GB, get 14-a 2nd and 3 rd picks. Round 1 Pick 14 (G.B.): Landry, Harold, OLB/DE, Boston College (B+) Round 2 Pick 7: Price, Billy, C/OG, Ohio State (B+) Round 2 Pick 13 (G.B.): Crosby, Tyrell, OT, Oregon (A-) Round 3 Pick 12 (G.B.): Settle, Tim, DT, Virginia Tech (A-) Round 4 Pick 5: Meeks, Quenton, CB, Stanford (A) Round 4 Pick 15: Cain, Deon, WR, Clemson (A+) Round 5 Pick 8: Armstrong Jr, Dorance, DE/OLB, Kansas (B) Round 6 Pick 7: DeLuca, Nick, ILB, North Dakota State (B+) Round 7 Pick 6: Franklin, Jarvion, RB, Western Michigan (A) I tried to address all the needs and actually feel real good about getting Settle in the 3rd round. Read up on him.

As AZ said, if you are not motivated when you play, millions of dollars will only distract you more. That is what always gets GMs in trouble , trying to understand what is in a players head. See Ruebin Foster for example.

If our draft pick turns out to be a good WR, then maybe he replaces Bellamy. I think we keep 5 with 3 TEs and 3 RBs and a FB on the roster. Robinson Gabriel White draft pick Fowler In KC Nagy rarely ran 3 WR sets.
-
I think he fits perfectly. His targets will net him probably 30 receptions. He will be the 5th option in the passing game. One reason Cams not back is is position in the passing order. Wasn't one of the first 3-4 th options.
-
Complete was a means of saying filling the roster for this year.
-
I dislike players that display a lack of motivation. It shows he dont care. Risk is lower there but would rather have a player that wants to get better everyday.
-
I didnt say we were going to the Super Bowl. We will add one more WR this year. Does that mean it is top 5 in league, I didnt say that. This is what we will got to war with this year. We will have some UDFAs in and maybe one more WR in FA after the draft, but we aint adding much more high end WRs. What you think we're going after Bryant? no way.
-
I really think Brown is just a waste. Lacks work ethic and drive., the rest looks great.
-
He will be there at 8. If you put the man beast on the line, that would give the OLBers more room to roam. He would be a plus add. We may be surprised.
-
Our roster is one WR away from being complete. A draftee. He will cost to much for what you get back. Is he better than Bellamy, Gentry, Fowler, and probably White, of course. If they didnt want to pay Merideth 5 mil, they surely arent interesting in paying Dez that.
-
Who gave you shit for saying we had a lousy group of WRs? White and Merideth were the only two worth keeping. We got Bellamy and White. Thank God for FAgency.
-
I think he may be the best pure pass rusher in this draft. He may be more of a situation pass rusher, but probably would not take at 8. I think Edmunds would play inside and some outside in passing situations but will take a few years to develop. Landry could contribute day one is passing situations.
-
I think it come down to a questionable medical, how much do you want to pay the 5th pass catching option, and wanting more of a speedy wideout. Robinson- Burton-Gabriel-Cohen----? Then still have Shaheen and Howard that will get some targets.
