Lots of things to complain about ,Wright is not perfect, but has good upside. i seen in the Philly game, Juergens their pro bowl C, get run over and gave up a sack. No one has to be perfect to be considered good. For Sweat, his has had nagging health issues that has effected his play, everyone cant be judgrd in a small box.

I always try to find reasons to support whoever is running the Bears, coaching , players but the Bears are making it hard to be loyal to anybody. As one guy put it, you are measured by wins in the NFL. Failure for everyone. To measure Poles with all that has happend he should have at leasted got us to one more win this year. His roster keeps putting up alert signs. The new coaches have failed but they were not put in a good situation. Caleb has some issues but to much chaos around him to properly judge him. As far as a lot of good talent that has not looked good, same thing, they will look better under more stability. People talk about about Caleb getting wreaked, he is to talented to have one yar disrupt his career. The good: We have enough draft capital and cap space to fix most of the weaknesses. As bad as Kiran looked he could end up being a good player. To put him on a island being named the starter the day before the game is CRIMINAL. Im not very smart and it was clear to me. Caleb shows signs of greatness but hasnt been put in a good position to suceed. Our defense has some talent on it but with Billings, Dexter, Brisker being out, Stevenson mental case play, it can be good again. Swift has enough talent to look good once the OL gets fixed. a FB on the roster would have been an asset in the run game. Johnson is our power guy and when healthy will be fine. We went from 2nd in the league last yr to 21st now. OL fix and FB will cure that. DJ Moore is our best offensive player, Odunze has talent, bye bye to Allen. Plenty of 3rd WRs in free agency to fix the 3 spot. Once Kmet becomes part of the game plan, he will look a lot better. We have a good punter and kicker.

You're rubbing off on me, I am starting to hate everybody too.

If he just woke up and walked on the field, he is already better than Borom. At least Kiran gets snaps to learn from, Borom is just waiting to be gone.

No matter which coach comes here, Calb is the truth, he will overcome any deficenties a new coach will bring.A good coach will focus on having a good support team to mix with Caleb. Run the ball (Vrabel), good defense ( Vrabel) ,experience(Vrabel). Thats my take.

Add into it the disfunction of an OC and HC, i would say he has did great.

I think we will stay in the top 10 of picks. At that range- one of these should be the pick, Abdul Cater-Mason Graham-Kelvin Banks-Will Campbell. One of those will drop to us and we have to take him. It would be nice to have a choose of at least 2 of them but we will have to see how the draft plays out.

Of course they add to the offense but can they be a HC? We are at a point where we have to win and a first time HC probably isnt in the cards. One of them may be the next great mind in the NFL. The case for Grabel. He had 2 OCs that went on to become HC. Matt Lafleur and Arthur Smith. I think he has been around football long enough to have good contacts in the league to get us a good offensive mind to run the offense. Tom Brown may well be an option for that job. He used a 4-3 and 3-4 in Tenn defense so we wouldnt have to change personel on defense. He had a high level running game that this team gravely needs. It would help Caleb a great deal. He's a Dan Campbell-Mike Tomlin type, aggressive and physical.

I dont think they are trading all that high draft capital to pay a star 30 mil a yr. Poles has maintained good cap situation since getting here and to many holes to fill on both side of the ball.
