Clady has not played well since his injury or people wouldnt be getting rid of him. He is not worth including in a trade.
-
I read one scout say he was the best prospect in this draft as far as ability.
-
It all depends on what they think of Laske, and his development, I think Kyle would help a lot in many areas but they have so many areas of need, doubt if they think getting the best FB as a priority.
-
He is just giving his assessment of what might happen. He put a very complex view of it, I dont agree with all of it, but he did a good job. He may have taken a TE in FAgency and then drafted Butt, because potentially Butt may not play this year due to an injury, so he covered both bases. There is very few good OTs in free agency and if you do not take a OT in your first two picks, all you are drafting is a prospect at that position. This year is a weak OT class.
-
Woulda , coulda, shoulda, cant change that now. They thought this year they would be going maybe 9-7, didnt know they would suck this bad, so they took there best option at QB.
-
He did draft Kizer at 3, did you not draft Kizer?
-
I know he was hurt last year, but the his previous season sucked. Reiff has a higher upside but he will not be gotten for 4 mil a year. Bush is still never going to happen. we will always go on the younger scale until were almost ready and then maybe a few older vet throw ins.

I like the draft but they are not going to bring in Kalil, he was worse than Leno has played. Reiff was rated lower than Massie last year according to the stats from PFF. Bush is a never going to happen. We are going to go after younger players not older ones. Robert Woods instead of Jackson for an example. I would have no problem paying Cousins.
-
Most definitely need to be ungraded, unless we prioritize it in the draft, at 1 or 2 drafted spots, probably wont be drafting a starter for this year. I seen where Kelvin Beschum was released by Jack, or possible to take a chance on Luke Joeckel ? Neither are top of the food chain but may be better than Leno.
-
If healthy I would be ok with that, but Houston and McPhee havent been the last few years, we need one more stud in the mix and then pay them two less money and may be able to stay healthy with less snaps.
-
I think if we spent the money on Ingram, that he would start ahead of McPhee and if McPhee takes a pay cut, we should keep him as a rotational player. Ingram is the real deal, and has stayed healthy, so because of McPhees injury history, easily take Ingram over McPhee. Also I seen where Jared Olick was cut by Jack. , would be a rotational player. Your thoughts.

I was listening to the SCORE this morning and they made a good point. The third player in the draft needs to be a blue chip start right away, future all pro type of player. None of the Qbs in this draft are day one starters, unless they have a desperate situation. So one caller made a suggestion that made sense. KC is up against the cap and want to resign Berry and Poe. Nick Foles is set to make 6.7 mil just year so he will be cut. Sign Foles and then draft a QB prospect in the 4th like a Davis Webb or Peterman, or Kaaya, who ever they like and might be there. Foles had a very good year in 2013 with a good supporting cast. 2013 PHI 13 10 203 317 2,891 9.1 27 2 28 173 119.2 57 221 3.9 3 4 2 He may not be a top 10 QB at the tender age of 28 but if he ends up somewhere around 15 to 20, he could be a good bridge to develop a QB prospect out of the draft. Another thing we should keep in mind, we still have Connor Shaw 2010 South Carolina 23 33 69.7% 223 6.8 1 2 124.3 32 165 5.2 0 2011 South Carolina 123 188 65.4% 1,448 7.7 14 6 148.3 135 525 3.9 8 2012 South Carolina 154 228 67.5% 1,956 8.6 17 7 158.1 131 435 3.3 3 2013 South Carolina 180 284 63.4% 2,447 8.6 24 1 162.9 154 567 3.7 6 Career 480 733 65.5% 6,074 8.3 56 16 155.9 452 1,683 3.7 17 He was a decent prospect coming out of college. He may be our developmental QB of the future already on our roster. So to answer our QB problem. Sign Foles draft a QB, lets say Peterman have Connor Shaw be our backup.
-
I like everything you had to say, If I think we sign Ingram then if McPhee doesnt take less money in a backup role , cut him to. I prefer Gilmore than Bouye, he is more of a playmaker
-
LT Kelvin Beachum is leaving Jags, he had a bad year but has a good history before that. He's 27 so still young enough, would be a better option than Leno.
-
Adams is the real deal, and no injury concerns that Hooker has. Gilmore seems to be the better TO guy. Gilmore has 8 interceptions and 30 PDs in the last two years. Ryan has 6 int and 24 PDs and one FF Johnson has 8 int and 19 Pds and 2 FRs Bouye has 3 int and 22 PDs I personally would go after Gilmore first
-
I think the top 3 QBs go in the top 15, unfortunately none are rated better than a late first rounder, and that may be a reach. No matter how much we need a QB and have rose colored glasses, this is not a good QB year for drafting.

Seen a article that made many suggests on areas of need. http://bleacherreport.com/articles/2693107...ee-agent-market They talk about J Gersham as a TE. I only see this happening if they feel other positions are more needy in the draft. So we would have Miller, but cant expect him to play everyday. Daniel Brown shows some development. Braunbacker still to develop. So if we add Gersham at 28 , he is a very good blocker and still have receiving skills. He wont be very expensive so I see it as a viable option. Remember we tried to sign him last year but went back to Arz riding a big year which they didnt have this year. Another interesting option is Mario Addison, he could be a rotation player and allow Bullard time to develop. Last year he only started one game and still had 9 and 1/2 sacks-1 PD-1 S-2 FFs-27 Ts. He is 29 but could be a bridge to Bullard getting more time to develop. It would be nice to grab Ingram and have shared time with McPhee and Floyd. Chandler will be tagged as stated by their coach. Ingram may be available and would be worth a big contract. Ingram only had 8 sacks but had 72 QB pressures, which is so far ahead of everybody else. The Chargers have 20 mil to work with and Ingram will get 14 mil, it tiies them down. There are plenty of CBs out there and we will absolutely get one. I prefer Bouye or Gilmore but many fill that bill. Many Ss to choose from-the prize will be Berry but doubt KC lets him go, which leaves Poe available to grab to help DL I would like to see us get Jefferson or Cyprien, both are young and excellent SSs.
-
its hard to sort out the truth, will just have to wait and see. I also seen one reason they would let him leave is because they like Brisset better.
-
They absolutely need to upgrade the T spot. Leno and Massie were ranked 42 and 44 respectfully on PFF tackly rating list. So I do not see it as a first or second round pick in draft. Also none of the OTs available in FA is rated higher than both of them. I am now thinking there wont be one drafted before the 4th round and will end of being a prospect for the future. Leno and Massie are going to be our Ts for the coming year.
-
6 year 53 mil is a bargain for the best TE in the league the safety is making good money but no one on your list is making 14 mil a year, so I am safe at saying this will never happen. Brady is the only player on the team making 14 mil a year. Including Gronk the average pay for a WR on the team is (top 4) is 5.57 mil Like I said before this will NEVER happen
-
that would never happen First of all we dont have Alston signed to a contract, so that means we would have to tag him which is highly unlikely Second NE lets good players get out of town because does not pay players huge contracts except for Brady. Jeffery is going to be paid between 12 to 14 mil a year and no way in hell NE pays a WR that kind of money.
-
It will take sometime for them to sort things out, they are not going to give up on a recent first round pick that quickly, they will try to fit him somewhere.
-
Pace is going to build with players younger on the rise, maybe in another year we are closer to the prize so we may grab an older guy to fill a need.
-
It would be a draft controled by Grizzy.(just kidding) he has been nice lately so I shouldnt jack with him 1-Dezon Kizer,QB a huge reach at 3 2-Hasson Reddick,OLB- we just need other positions first and to small 3-Jeremy Sprinkle/TE better choices 4=Corn Elder-a short CB 4- Eric Magnuson/T a OT that projects as a OG at the next level 5-Fred Ross/WR I just like others better 7-Jake Elliot/K the only K worth drafting is Zane Gonzalez
