  1. this is the time of the year where you cant believe anything you hear. the front 3 in Vangio's defense is basically 3 DTs. So Im sure he would fit in at one of the spots.
  2. I was curious what you think would happen, not kinda a review of mine. I heard Dan Shanko from Our Lads(a former scout) and it is one of his favorite players in the draft and thinks with a NFL workout regment, he can make it to 285. That would put him at the same size as Justin Smith. 48-15-9 in his last year, not bad stats.
  3. Were getting down to the nitty gritty, and its time to see how smart we are. We all dream about what we want but the reality will be quite different, so I will lay out what i think will happen. First round trade: Cooper, Beasley, and Fowler are gone. I think someone wants Kevin White (who is still on the board), so we trade back. St Louis Rams are going for it with a top defense they trade up for a stud WR for there new QB Foles. We get there first 13 and second 41. The valve chart is within 100 points. 13: We grab Danny Shelton/NT- he has valve down from 7 and fills a need. 39: Nelson Agholor/WR- add a quality wide out 41: Preston Smith/ DE- at 271 needs to add 15 lbs but has the frame to do it. 71: Laken Tomilson/OG- Long moving to OT and grab a starter. 4th round: Adrian Amos/FS- underrated prospect 5th round: Max Valles/OLB- a sleeper pick with upside 6th round: Craig Mager/CB- good size corner We end up having a defensive minded draft with two Offensive starters included.

    What if

I read he is a all pro type for the next 8 years. As sure of a thing you will get in the draft. I would have no problem with it. Move Long to LT, Bushrod to RT where he will look better and Brandon in the RG spot.
  5. Collins will never last that long in the draft to our spot.
  6. thats not a very good website for the draft.
  7. Everybody has some issues, but the thing that bothers me is there bad choices right before the draft. Are they just dumb?
  8. Dont think much of this website, Gordon and Duke Johnson as 2 of the top 6 players? Here is some websites that are run by former scouts, and find them to be more realistic. http://www.draftcountdown.com/Rankings/TOP.php http://gbnreport.com/2015-nfl-draft-player...top-100-players http://bleacherreport.com/articles/2436440...400-the-top-400 Matt Miller is not a former scout but think he is pretty sharp. http://www.ourlads.com/top-32-college-seni...ft/2015/2592129
  9. If someone is going to be a 10 year pro with pro bowl potential, they probably make an impact in some way there first year.
  10. I wouldnt like to see that happen because that means that first round doesnt contribute this year, but understand reasons why teams do that .
  11. We all keep repeating ourselves on who we would like, he is a list I dont want at 7. Both Qbs keep getting rated high because of the importance of the position, but for me, they are to risky of a pick for a team that needs a star now. Do not want either for our pick at 7. I think the two best edge rushers are going to be Fowler and Beasley, Gregory and Ray will be there at our pick and dont want anything to do with either. I think Shelton and Collins will be good players in the league but both are not a good valve at #7. We need a star in the making at 7 and dont think they fill that bill. I think Trea Wayne will also be to much of a reach at 7, but as a fall back with a trade, would be ok. Arik Armstead will be there at 7 and dont want him anywhere in the top half of the draft. I think he is a boom or bust type and we cant make that risky of a pick at 7 or even if we trade back.
  12. I agree he is a good player, but dont think he is a star in the making of which #7 should be as that high of a pick. If we drop back to the middle of the draft would have no problem with that pick. Safety is definitely one need but our pick at 7 has to be a all pro type and will not be him.
  13. Denver selects Xavier Cooper/WSU/DT fills a void left by Knighton. Indy and Mongo are up
  14. Panthers select DJoun Smith CB Florida Atlantic/ could use more depth on the backside.
  15. One of the main bloggers on here and you couldnt stop by to make a pick?
  16. I think A. Cooper will be the plum of the draft, and Perriman will not be far behind for WRs. I think Brandon Scherff will be all pro for many years, other OL are C. Erving/OC and Andrus Peat that will succeed . Fowler and Dupree will be the standout edge rushers from this class Gurley and Duke Johnson will be studs.
  17. I could like this draft, it aint perfect but the real one wont be either.
  18. Collins would fit well here but not at the 7 pick, it is simply not a good valve. Look at where some good safeties were drafted last year, I think the first was in the twenties. DGB could be a Randy Moss, but also could be a bust, and I think there are better choices before I would tie my horse to his wagon.

    RB at #7?

Like your the only one with that thought that has run thru their head, its not brain surgery.
  20. I agree with you, would never get that offer, it would be the 2nd round pick and maybe a 6th.
  21. Wow , I knew I was smart but not that sharp. just kidding
  22. Stinger226

    RB at #7?

He does RB by committee because he didnt have a stud.

    RB at #7?

This is Forte last year, and lets say Gurley is the next Adrian Peterson and we draft him. I would scratch my head, but next year when he leads the league in rushing, I would be impressed. Its doable.

    Which round

An example of BPA is when GB took A. Rodgers when they had an all pro QB in Brent Favre, good teams do that . You brought up L. Williams if he dropped to us. ITs a no brainer, because he is BPA, sometimes it doesnt matter what position some one is if he is all pro potential.Bad teams draft for need. Truth be told, there is no position that we dont have need at , so it really is a mute point.
