the Bears are meeting with Winston tomorrow. I wouldnt like it if he fell in the draft and we drafted him, but I would understand it if they did. Qbs are the most important position in all of sports and if they thought he could be special,OK,(I guess)
-
Wow, I didnt know you did gay porn acting on the side. (just kidding) good for you
-
I have some that think Mason is a sleeper good pick, but that was more for center than guard, but has played both.
-
Other than Winston and Collins, I ok with that.
-
Actually Im starting to like that one. I still think in reality we address the DE position of which has the possibility of Smith playing. has the length at 6-4 and at 274 has the frame to add 15 lbs.
-
He will just play this year for a new contract, probably with someone else next year. If he plays well and stays healthy, i see him getting a new two year deal for 10 mil from someone next year with 5 mil guaranteed

Here is a On the Clock mock, with the trade with Phily and instead of a pick next year got a 5th this year. I drafted best player available until the later rounds and this is what I came up with. 20 - R1P20 OT ANDRUS PEAT/STANFORD 39 - R2P7 CB MARCUS PETERS/WASHINGTON 52 - R2P20WR NELSON AGHOLOR/SOUTHERN CALIFORNIA 71 - R3P7DE MARIO EDWARDS JR/.FLORIDA STATE 106 - R4P7 RB DAVID COBB/MINNESOTA 142 - R5P6 S ADRIAN AMOS/PENN STATE 145 - R5P9 DT TYELER DAVISON/FRESNO STATE 183 - R6P7 C GREG MANCZ/TOLEDO I was using Matt Millers player assessment and everybody on this is list is a potential future starter. Peters and Peat are potential all pros, and that is what we need out of our first 2 picks.

I think this one has Collins in the right draft spot, but I still dont think he is a special player. Below is a Matt Miller report on AK and as much as I thought he would be a good pick, I now dont think he will ever be a long time starter let alone the first year. This probably is as realistic as a draft anyone could throw out there, and I would be ok with it WEAKNESSES Kouandjio is not a mover in space and will struggle to execute simple pulls and traps. He’s fine holding down his spot—just don’t ask him to get off it. He’s scheme-limited to a power-blocking system and is far too robotic and rigid as a blocker. Kouandjio doesn’t have many games where he looks like an NFL-caliber player—and that’s tough to change since his frame isn’t carrying bad weight that limits his flexibility and explosion.

of course he wants a new deal, who doesn't. he will play for new contract for us or someone else. It justs doesn't matter.
-
I agree he is probably the best pure LB in the draft thats not an edge rusher. goes in the first-mid twenties.
-
He's a vet, last year of deal, and its VOLUNTARY no big deal,he's an upright guy, not like some of the whiny little bitches we have had in the past.

I check morning, and after work, most evening, but if I come up during work hours- 6-4, if will sit to 4. Plumbers dont have some of the luxury some of you office folks do.
-
You dont have to worry, the only way we draft Shelton is if we drop 10 spots back in the draft, then he will become one of the best players on the board. I think we are looking at WR(2 will be top 10) Parker will be top 15 and Perriman will be at the end of the first round or beginning of the second. Must be planning a pick if we trade back.
-
Im not going to give you man love like Lemon, but your cool.
-
As much as I dont like him, if Armstead is still on the board in the second it is a no brainer. Saints select Arik Armstead/DE(in a 3-4) Oregon. SCS is up
-
I think, whatever point we address wr, if will have to be for a potential starter, of which you aint getting in the 6th. If not with the first , no later than 3rd. I think you could be right with the players in the front end of the draft.

Your opinions may well turn out to be true. Pace doesnt have a loyalty to anyone on this team right now. I think he is trying to be noble about it. Keeping Cutler is only because we have no other choice. The problem is his money which goes on Emery. Marshall was a problem but if you dont understand that, its just differences of opinion. His draft will define him, I , as you, think he did well with the coaching hires. If peanut plays well, then we will look back on it as a bad decision, if he ends up being hurt, then Pace wins. Even healthy, Peanut is not a press corner, his skills fit a free safety of which he had no interest. I dont think it was much of a choice. I will be hopeful and form my opinion after we actually see games played instead of at this time of the year.

Golden is the only one Im not sold on, but a+ on the rest of the draft
-
Actually have read he could be a long time all pro, in saying that Armistead has big time potential and valve in the second. Im quite ok with adding good players and he is one of them.
-
possible but not probable. we havent even seen the team(not done) on the field yet
-
If we had to play today what would be 4 positions that you would fill in the draft? not in a particular order; WR-DT/DE-S-OG/OC
-
I would say if you give people 12 hours, I look frequently, that that should be enough time. Cant get here when at work, but dont work 12 hours a day.
-
I agree with your Cutler summation because it is our best option, we just need to draft a prospect every year and hope one turns into something. I think we have to many needs to 3rd round, find someone in the 5th or 6th
