  1. Its Tavaris,at 5 am I am not up to my game speed yet, but everybody knew who I was talking about, so I guess no big deal.
  2. Kind of hard to criticize him until we see how all of this turns out, but at least he is not wishy washy like Jerry use to be. He drafts a guy last year and already has cut him, it would have took Jerry 4 years to do that.
  3. Finally a name we can identify with. Fills our DT rotation out.
  4. Travis Jackson/QB was released, should we be interested? I think he also would become our top backup if we picked him up. Also Vonte Leach is said to be going to be released today. The top rated blocking FB in the league last year.
  5. If we just ended up cutting him, his money ends up being dead cap money,he still has guarantees from his rookie deal. In trading him, his salary is just gone. Since we got rid of him we have now doubled our cap space. That will matter if someone is released that we want and now we have some money to play with. I used the wrong word when I stated that, we have new coaches and if would seem to be a good idea to get acclimated to the new coaches, new play book, new team mates, but nope , he is pissed because after watching tape on him, he got demoted. So now he is gone.
  6. If they had him pegged as a backup OG,I dont see this as a bad decision. There are new people doing the evaluations, and if they didnt like what they see, Im OK with that. He is said to have slow feet and obviously coped an attitude when not being a RT anymore, so what difference will it make. We have the questionable Webb, backup OT in Scott and the new project that could be better than all of them. J. Mills. I am for renewing the roster as soon as possible. If he looked bad on tape and aint following the rules, lets roll with new people. The problem is if we wait to see if he is better and then cut him, his money this year turns into dead cap space. We now have got rid of his salary and got a little something in return.
  7. Garza will definitely be starting with all the new faces, but hopefully someone develops so he can be gone next year.
  8. I would say he has to be better than the end of the WR bunch we have right now. Lets roll the dice and start throwing some 7's.
  9. Lets see what a creative mind has in store for the TEBOW.
  10. I cant say I completely agree with his decisions, but got to give him credit to have balls to do what he thinks is right. The report card is on the clock.
  11. He have some along the way, we will just have to wait to see which ones are plums.
  12. Rodriguez was released today, Carmi traded, the hits just keep on rolling.
  13. I have to admit , this blog would be boring in you werent on here, actually there are several on here that make this an interesting place to be.
  14. He may end up being able to play somewhere else but they didnt think he fit in here so got rid of him. If you look at his first few years in the NFL, he deserved to be gone, thats life in the fast lane.
  15. Where the problem came in is he had money on the table, if he was cut the money would just be dead money. Now were off the hook and get something out of it. As someone said on here before, drafting pre injured players has its draw backs. We just have to look forward and hope they get it all figured out. At least they have the balls to get rid of 1st round picks it they dont think there any good, instead of keeping him a few more years and just be done with him.
  16. This is always a bad time of the year to stay interested in football for me, draft gone, free agency almost gone, training camp hasnt started yet. Since I play a lot of fantasy football and I know people on this board better, I am not sure who everybody is in the FF money league here is. I know Adam and bowling, but who else is in that league? I am Devildogs, so who else is what teams?
  17. I think it is just trying to fill a rotation role at DT and sometimes a fresh start puts players in a better position to play better. We still need a DT so we will see what he might have.
  18. He is listed on the roster and depth chart as a WR, we know he isnt any good at it but you have to be listed as something. There are several players that play only STs that are listed at some position, it is splitting hairs. Your both right.

Your right , he picks the questions to answer and sure does do a lot of stupid ones.
  20. NOW you can say a wasted pick. A 4th rounder should be more part of our plans than playing FB, when last year our weakness was at TE.
  21. A few years ago they took on some investors to keep afloat and the investors pulled the plug.
  22. I thought they did a good job, didnt always agree with them, but worth checking out, especially around draft time.
  23. Actually there first round pick, they had rated as a 2nd rounder. So much for someone thinking there smart.

Actually, I was being serious, I just dont think LM is that sharp, you could do a better job.BUT I doubt if you would a big off enough of a suckass for the Bears to hire you.
