  1. This is not all something draft, but on Fanspeak, I do a draft everyday and this is my favorite one I have done so far 11: R1P11 DE- SHAQ LAWSON-CLEMSOM 41: R2P10 S- KARL JOSEPH-WEST VIRGINIA 72: R3P9 DT- ROBERT NKEMDICHE-OLE MISS 106: R4P8 TE NICK VANNETT-OHIO STATE 127: R4P29 CB ERIC MURRAY-MINNESOTA 150: R5P11 RB JONATHAN WILLIAMS-ARKANSAS 185: R6P10 QB KEVIN HOGAN-STANFORD 206: R6P31 DT ANTHONY ZETTEL-PENN STATE 230: R7P9 WR JORDAN PAYTON-UCLA My favorite name in the draft is Jordan Payton (A Chicago name if I ever heard one)
  2. That would actually not be a bad draft
  3. Anybody paying attention to Austin Johnson from PSU, has game.
  4. The problem they say about Stanley is his focus and desire. Conklin is said to be a nasty attitude guy with a high motor. I have seen Conklin and Decker both rated ahead of Stanley. I think Stanley is not the 2 nd OT taken in the draft.
  5. Never at 11 but if there is no great players at 41, I would consider it. The problem with him is a boom or bust. I do not like players that are physical studs and have lousy production. Means they either are lazy or dont love football. More of those fail than succeed. Think there will be a better player to take at the spot he will be gotten at.
  6. I think were interested but dont see us giving out a 100 mil contract with we are 2 to 3 years away. I think that is something you do when your going for it, like when Denver grabbed Ware and Ward but were not large contracts.
  7. I think the plan is 2 or maybe 3 years from now to be contending. If we got Mo, we're in instant cap ristrants. AJ, Mo, and Long coming up. I think if we drafted lets say Robinson, he would be relativity inexpensive for 4 years, could turn out to be a Wilkerson type and we have no cap restraints. I do not think we do because of the money. Tell me what Suh did to help Miami get to a SB? nothing
  8. These two players have been released by the Browns. Whitner has a history with Fangio and is just turning 31 this summer. If we cut Rolle there is no dead money on the cap. He is 3 years younger and was successful under Fangio. I would go for that change in our DB field. Also Ekpre-Olomu is released coming off a major injury. He has youth and upside on the side of signing him. I am all in on that signing also.
  9. I am not devaluing the OLine, I think it is important, but somewhere we will draft a QB prospect and I think it will be this year. I would be all in on a first or second round LT such as Stanley, Decker, Spriggs, or or Conklin, also like Ifedi. After those choices you are just drafting a prospect not one that will start this year. I also think if we get valve we may draft a mid round OG for depth even thou we have some stop gap players there for the moment.
  10. Hargreaves is a stud, I have thought he would be a bad pick because Fangio valves height and are length, but he could very well be the BPA at our pick, and after reading and watching film on him would not have a problem with him. Henry is not a special player but will be a starter in the NFL and end up being better than anyone on our team right now. Scooby is listed as both I and O LBers positions depending on where you look. He will end up being a good NFL player, a highly intelligent and football instincts. He will be a good player that could transcend into one of our OLBers, but then according to you we dont need any. Look at his stats from two years ago before the injury and you may think more highly of him. Bronson is taken low enough that if he is a miss will not be devastating but has some good tape on him.
  11. I would be all in on Stanley in the first, but at some point there are going to draft a QB that they think can become a starter. If Cutler goes down, season would be down the tubes. If Leno goes down, we have a body to stick in right now.
  12. I would be right there with you on those choices. The first 3 are quite realistic but I think Smith is long gone by the 4th round. I think he goes in the second round.
  13. Cleveland also released Donte Whitner/S who use to play for Fangio and is only 30.
  14. That would be an awesome draft but agree with SCS, we draft a QB prospect, maybe instead of Johnstone
  15. Cleveland released Ifo Ekpre-Olumu/CB who has been injured but is suppose to be fully recovered. He may be a good depth sign.
  16. That makes a lot of sense, trading one of them.
  17. I seen an article stating Philly is going to a 4-3 and Connor Barwin might be on the trading block because of the scheme change. He's 29 and has had 21.5 sacks the last 2 years? I would say giving one of our 4th rounders may do it. Any takers?

If his medical news is good, go for it.
  19. Somebody will draft him with a late 4 or 5th, probably to rich for our blood. Someone like a NE or a Denver, Arz, Car, a late round picker that can take risks.
  20. Here is a link from Windy City Gridiron, a lot of interesting trades to land more picks. I like it, dont like the QB pick, should have went for one of the good prospects in the spot they picked Martin.(before OL signings.) http://www.windycitygridiron.com/2016/3/31...ition-3-31-2016

He's not special but probably an upgrade over what we had.
  22. Everything is speculation and everything you read on twitter doesnt always have legs. Justin Houston is out for the year, do you think maybe something in the works for Lamar Houston or Willie Young? There is no way we are getting rid of Slauson, he is the leader of the Oline right now. Larsen is just a depth guy, but I could see maybe Slauson playing center and one of the new additions play Slausons spot.
  23. How about Clady ? What would you think that is worth?
  24. Just seen a tweet that adam Caplan stated that bears will be signing ted Larson/G-C formerly with Arizona

There are 8 players that most people consider the first tier-plums Tunsil Bosa Buckner Stanley Ramsey Elliott Jack Wentz In the next 6, climb into the top ten or close to it Goff Hargraves Lawson Spence Tredwell Robinson If any of the first group drop, I say we are all on top of it. In the next group, I suspect Robinson or Hargraves would be the choices. If they think one of the edge rushers are good, it may be Lawson or Spence, outside shot-Floyd. I have also seen Conklin flirting with the top 12, that may be a choice.
