the other DTs are dropping for a reason, none in the 2nd round.

That is a very good name. You and I have been mentioning his name for some time. He is a good tackler and has played CB so he can cover guys.

The guys on the board are not only being passed up by us but other teams too. By several scout run sites I have been looking and he has been rated late 2nd round choice. That is maybe 10 spots sooner that his value dictated it. He has great upside kinda like the Long pick last year. Im telling you guys wont hate this pick one year from now and I will gladly throw it in your faces to pat myself on the back. I havent done yoga for a while so maybe I wont be able to do that.

I think Donald would have been our pick if he was there, but if Gilbert was still there I dont doubt we still would have taken Fuller, not as fast, but every bit more physical than Gilbert.

Lets say we get Hageman and Vereem in the third, that would be a good draft.

We still can get a DT we would have liked if they took him in the first round left on the board. Top DTs left Jerrinigan Nix Hageman Truitt Quarles Sutton Anthony Johnson. We are going to get a good player in the second round at a position of need. Dont sleep on Ego Ferguson either or Jones from PSU. We will grab a good player there. If we get Jerrigan, Nix or Hageman, we did good in this draft no matter who else we draft.
