  2. I agree, instead of all those ugly Bear pics, I choose to add beauty. She is from Costa Rica.
  3. I didnt see that one. This is just for fun, there really isnt anything serious about it.
  4. I have been plumbing for 43 years and find the same situation that people try to tell me how to do my job. I just laugh at them and let it slide out the other ear. Although sometimes someone comes up with a good idea. They have a different perspective that brings a fresh idea once in a while.
  5. Some one list a game plan. Emery talked about having some trade options but the trade value chart didnt show an equal value so he didnt do it. Atlanta traded two picks later with St Louis and gave them a 3rd round pick. I guarantee we had that chance. So I threw it in there. Since your the one that started this GM thing debate, lay some ground rules and lets have at it.
  6. I am not waving any red flags, you cant judge a draft for 3 years, just going with a suggestion AZ54 had.
  7. Jason started the we are smarter than the GM stuff and AZ54 suggested we redo the draft as a thread and see what we come up with and save it for a couple of years to show a comparison.I am not in the camp that thinks we are as smart, but will dive in to a challenge.
  8. Before the draft someone suggested we as a concision do a GM thing, I am not second guessing him just throwing out an opinion.
  9. Anthony Adams was awful last year, he had two decent years here, go back and check it out.
  10. Wow you have a sense of humor.DID NOT KNOW THAT
  11. That is a little bit of a stretch, best ever? they would have to be all pro. Super Bowl LBs easily fit that comment. Could be a better group than we have had since then, but remember two past Pro Bowlers were on the team the last few years.
  12. the only thing is they didnt admit it, it was there room some responsiblity would have to be theres. They were at least there.
  13. That would be a good thing, cut there asses for their pay.
  14. Since we get to look at the draft now here is what I would have did. Round 1: I would have traded down with Atlanta getting an extra 3rd. Emery said we had the chance but trade value wasnt there.Since I still think we needed to go OL. Kyle Long/OG Round 2: I would go with the best rated LB instead of Bostic Arthur Brown/LB Round 3: We got this pick from Atlanta, would fit in as our NB right away and also is a good KR,PR giving us the option to cut Hester. B.W. Webb/CB Round 4: Green was a good value here and would stay with that. K. Green/LB Round 5: Go with another need here. Josh Boyd/DT They compare him to Anthony Adams Round 6: Charle Johnson/WR our speed guy we were looking for Round 7: Ried Fragel/OT He was rated higher than Hill.
  15. Just think how far we have come from the lousy WRs we had two years ago to now with Marshall being here and everybody we added since, a very good placed were going with Emery.
  16. He has been great so far, but you have to keep in mind, its his slip on the ice moments that have happened to him to many times in his life that you just dont know when again. He is in a comfortable place right now with his buddy Cutler, but next year when he catches 30 passes less because we have more weapons, how will he react? If Cutler ends up leaving after next year, then what? New coaches, how does that translate? I think he will be fine, ,but that question always exists.
  17. I thought Emery has did a great job in both years with his FA signing, but in his drafts he seems to be a risk taker with picks as far as value. Long might be a good NFL starter for 10 years but looking at it from the frontside, it wasnt a good value in the spot he took him. If he was our second round pick we would be saying how smart he is . There is a history with picks that the people that draft well get BPA types and dont reach for players just because there good athletes. I hope he is smart and everything works out, but he instills doubt standing on this side of the fence. His latter round picks all had good value, but the first 2 are big questions at this point in time.
  18. It one of two of these players make the roster its a success.
  19. I guess I am wishful thinking since the line was so bad last year that everybody is new but Garza.
  20. Mills has already stated he will start at RT.
  21. Where you finding your info, I cant find anything.
  22. Bushrod-Long-Garza-Slauson-Mills. I think this is a real possibility of happening.
  23. The first two picks come with some questions of value, but the rest of the draft had great value. I would give it a B until we look at these guys in pads.
  24. Kinda sounds like a WR we picked last year. He has great upside, his first two years in college was a stud, last year not so much. If we can get by his issues, could be our 3rd WR.
