Wilfork has talked about staying in NE and since him being cut was over money, I suspect he goes back on a low money deal. Some people actually dont care about the money first.

I think all the positions have valve, just that we disagree on where his valve lies as a #7. Im calling right now, they do not take Shelton at 7. If we trade back , then a possibility.

I think he will be a good player. So would you take a NT that say has 38 tackles , 1 sack,1 FF ? or A WR (Cooper) that does 78-1050-7 TSs. Who has a greater impact on your team?

Rolle ,Royal, with Parker in town tonight maybe we here he signs tomorrow. Parker at FS and Rolle at SS with flexibility to change positions? Mundy and Verren as backups? That would be nice.

The point I was trying to make, is , in most cases, NTs dont get drafted that high. Its a valve of a top 10 pick. I just dont think they will draft him there. I think if we trade back with someone like Cleve, and draft him at 12 that would make more sense. If we can get the 12th and 19th pick and still get Shelton, that would be a thing.

I would say a hangup in most contracts is guaranteed money.

I dont think there is any question about a fat guy being fast or not. I just think at 7 you should get an impact player. A nose tackle is not usually considered an impact position. Wilfork was drafted at 21st spot in the first round. Haloti Ngata drafted 12th in the first round. Dan Williams drafted 26th in the first round. I think they expected more money and now are considering if they can get a better contract. havent heard reporting them meeting with any other teams. Has anybody heard that?

The reason, the perception is they dont succeed when leaving Ravens is they get paid big money. They are projecting a player on the rise that fits our scheme. There is risk in that like all FA signing usually are. Optimistic it will turn out well.

We have so many needs, what ever player is at 7 would be welcome. ON a good team Jeffery is a #2 and hopefully we become that. With the 7th pick that would be the #1 WR not Jeffery. If all our needs are filled in FA for the most part, they will take the BPA. WR,OT,QB, another pass rusher?

Fox talked about having a balanced attack, having a stud WR would make anytime better.

I heard on a twitter feed from Josina Anderson. Raiders offered only 5 mil per year and our offer was higher without listing an amount. He wants 8 mil per year.

So were going to bank our 3rd WR spot on his last years performance? He is not going to get everything given to him, for sure will look for more help.
