We need at least one speed WR, two OLs. If at all possible, Long, or at least a 1st pick. another OG, and possible a soon to be OC for one year from now. Also a viable TE. We cant fix everything in one year, but need to let Urlacher go and find a replacement. We dont have a 3rd rounder due to Marshall, but that is worth living with. So a OL, and SWR, LB in FAgency. then draft OL,TE, OL, LB,QB,TE.

throw in we need a speed Wr, doesnt have to be a big name, but someone like Hester just happens to know how to play Wr and spread the field.

The offensive line is not a good one, I still think we will win 10 to 11 games. We cannot fix everything in one off season, and we ignored that problem this year. Hopefully Cutler can get by without major injuries, and we just move forward. If we looked at the begining of the season, I dont count this as a victory anyway, it just was an ugly lose.

They played on the SCORE today an interview with Tice and he talked about Carmi not being up to par yet and might have to rest him quite a bit. THAT IS NOT GOOD NEWS. With the great C. Williams as our backup OT , that is not good news.

Ranking are just a measuring stick. I just (personally) dont think that is a strong trio. They will be ok, but as the strength of your team, dont see that happening. The fun thing about fantasy football is taking chances on players, but that doesnt make them good, time will only tell. Peterson could turn out to be really good(again) but with an injury risk, I didnt think he was worth the risk. The other two will have ok stats, but nothing special.

You must not play much fantasy football if you think the 14th ranked rb with health issues, the 25 and 27 th rated rbs are a strong group. In Talkbears league I have c. Johnson, McFadden and D. williams as one of my backups. Thats more what you consider a strong RB group.

Your only weakness is at RB. Sproles is a low end #1,but Ridley will be inconsistent thru out the year. Bush is a better #2. Otherwise you have cream of the crop.

So are you this negative about everything in your life? If thats the case I feel bad for you. Think positive.

Pre season is premature on proper view. When the games start for real, we can explode up our picks but for now just have hope.
-
I got a feeling Williams may be cut as bad as he looked. This part of the team aint looking good going in the season. A WEAK LEFT SIDE OF OL.Maybe we can pick someone elses camp cuts, and end up being better off. Evan R. looks like he has upside as a TE

Its a preseason game, but it has signs of some good things to come.

I was impressed by Kirk Cousins last night

I hope there smart enough to wait to play him against GB, he will never be able to play sunday and then thursday with a bum knee
-
I kinda like Constanz, hope he isnt hurt to bad

JA is gone so lets not live in the past. We wont know how good Emery is for a couple of years, but looks good going forward.

I actually wouldnt doubt the Webb think, but dont think Williams will be the answer either.
-
I think you are close with all predictions, but for we win 11 games, Cutler throws for close to 4500 yards with 32 tds,we give up 35 sacks, Wooten has 8 to 10 sacks on extended play time. Also I think we make it back to the title game, with Philly upsetting GB in a playoff game. We dont win it thou.

None of the preseason matters as far as opinion goes. What they do in real games is all that matters and we will see when the time comes. Everybody is praising or condeming at this point, because of where they were drafted. We all want our draft picks to look great but the reality is where they are at in year 2 or 3. A lot of high draft picks didnt excel in there first year and turned out great. We unfortuantely have to wait to see. Once in a while a Cam Newton pops up, but realisticly its a wait and see game. I hope he makes a contriubution in his first year, but history says that doesnt mean the most in a NFL players career, its about his career as an overview.

first and foremost I need Webb to look like a starting LT on the tube.
-
I think you might be giving him to much credit. I dont seem him lasting the first part of the season. I dont think he has been humbled by all this and blows up and gets booted off the team.
-
Why would they keep another QB? Cutler, Campbell, McGown. and keep Blanchard? that doesnt make any sense.
-
I think we have discussed everything possible before we got to camp, its kinda anti climatic. Like a pre mature ejaculation.

There is no longer battles for positions, Webb is winning over Williams and they plan to use Williams as the swing tackle. I dont think they will consider him at guard anymore since we have more question marks at OT. Can Webb be consistent? Will Carmi remain healthy? Can Brown play at this level? We have more of a need at OT so they will leave him there. I have never been sold on Williams, I think he is just an average OL and can find a spot to start on a bad OL so he is a good backup. Good luck with Webb and hope he gets better.

Can we see a time for the keepers to be picked (like one week before draft) I am in 5 money leagues and need as much information ahead of time as possible to keep it in perspective.
