I hate to say this about such a self involved ego as TO, but it would be fun having him here. First , on a decline in his skills would still be better than anything we have. He would still be a concern for a defensive cordinator. He would be a cancer to this offense but that is better than the courpse we have had lately. The only problem is he will comand a 2 year 10 million dollar deal than the Bears will never give him. Just think what we would have to talk about on a daily basis, on this site.

I think Jerry will draft a OT in the first two rounds whether we sign St Clair or not. Williams hasnt proven anything yet and St Clair has only a few left if he does sign. He sees what we see, I just cant figure out his lack of adding some help in FAgency.

I would love that to happen but would expect it to be, Hester Bennett Rideau Davis Robiske I think we have to draft one, and expect to draft one due to the lack of activity in Free agency.

I think this will turn out to be a good signing, better than we expect. He is out to prove he can still play and will be a 100%. I think this means we wont be drafting a rb in the draft, we have other pressing needs.

I like both Nicks and Robiskie as ending up being the best receivers out of the draft. I think there is a chance Robiskie could be there at two. Nicks ran a 4.48 at the combine. Another player I like is Britt/Rutgers, he moves well for a big guy and is quite strong. Robiskie is the 7th ranked receiver so he might be there at two.

Who do we take when Jenkins/ cb-fs Ohio State drops down to our spot. we have the possiblity of Smith/ot Alabama being there. The possibity of Maulaluga/Ilb USC dropping. If any of these three drop do we take them?

I dont think Harrison is a good option, but Holt would help. If Harrison had anything left do you think the Colts would discard him that easily? Just because Bennett didnt play last year doesnt mean he cant play. Look at the track record of this coaching staff. Graham can play where did you see him two years ago. Beechman did a decent job and he never saw a down two years ago. We still have yet to find out what Garrett Wolfe can do as a third down back. When they put him in there they usually dive him up the middle. Adams played well last year yet he was no where to be found till the 8th game into the season. There has been alot of poor decisions made as far as personal on this team. I think that all falls on Lovie and his ego. He knows all so he brings in his old pal Adam A two years ago. The Super Bowl was the worse thing to happen to this team three years, it made them think they were smarter than they were and everybody got long team contacts.Lovie and Jerry

I wouldnt like it but you have to weigh the good and the bad. Do you think we will throw him the ball enough to keep him happy? He is a upgrade over what we have, but last time I looked I dont think were going to go the Super Bowl next year. He is a two year player and I would rather have a young player get the playing time than let that fat mouth dictate the offensive of this team. He would never work here and we would be complaining what a bad move that was. We dont have a stud qb, other options to get the best out of him.

I think we need to take the best player available, where teams get into trouble is taking people too early. There are maybe 10 to 15 players that will be very good in the draft, they are usually drafted in the upper part of round one. If one of the two best CBs drop, we need to take them. I would rule out RBs and QBs, because the rb we dont consider a need, and the QBs only have one close to a sure bet Stafford, he wont be there. So whether a OT, LB, WR, DE, CB or the one DT rated high, we need to just take him. I want someone who could be a pro bowler, none of these safties are.

I think he will sign a couple of more FAs but they will be valve pick ups and maybe people who suprize us. I dont think we will get any until after the draft. There will be players available after everybody gets the players they want drafted. The problem is were in a hurry and Jerry isnt. He sees everything we see he just has a better perspective about than we do.

The lack of activity has me wanting but I remember last year I was saying the same things I am feeling now. So what happened, I thought we would finish 6-10 and we finished 9-7 and many games were fun to watch whether we won or lost. So I guess I will judge this off season at the start of training camp and quite being a little bitch.

Maybe we can trade for Holt but they will want a 3rd or 4th for an aging WR. How about Henderson/NO. Furry/Lions Williams/Jags I think I would rather take a couple in the draft and Bennet, Riedau.

We aint doing anything else with the money we have. Give him 3 million for a one year deal with incentives of another 5 mill if he gets over 10 sacks. One year out with a big year will cement his legecy. How about Holiday on the cheap, he was cut by Miami?

I like the first two picks but would take Byrd/Oregon or Bruten/ ND instead, they played against better talent and are faster with the 3rd pick. I would take Brandon Williams/ Texas Tech instead of Hunt. He's bigger and played against better talent with the same stats. The rest are ok picks.

I wish someone had the insight as to what players we want, I think they have a plan, and overpaying is stupid. We have already did that with a receiver and a DE in the recent past. We have money to add several players to upgrade our roster with out going for the bigtime FA's. I think we could use a WR, FS, O-line and maybe a Sam lb. just to get some compitetion no matter who we draft.

No way Orton fits there prototype QB if Cutler dont. He may be unhappy but the new coach is not a fool, he aint going anywhere. Nice to have but would never happen here.

Lot better choices this time I would go with: 1) Britton OT ( I would go with a DE but the problem is Maybin is 248 and had to add 15lbs. to get to that point. Too light, and English may be a situational pass rusher, but dont think he will be everydown DE at his size 6/2 255. 2) Robiskie WR ( I think he will be a great #2 receiver in the league. hope we can find a #1 someday.) 3) Byrd CB/S ( I think he can play either position and would help our depth out a great deal) 3b) Green RB ( I think we need a powerback to compliment Forte, and he fits the profile)

Players are dropping like flies, but fortunately not people we were chasing. We need to add a free safety even if we draft one in the first three rounds. We have no depth there. Phillips is still out there, the best rated among the free agent safeties. Also Sean Jones has got some good reviews which has to be better than what we have. Phillips has been a SS but has played the free safety when he first got in the league. The problem is these guys will be gone if Jerry GM is waiting to get a good money deal from them two. Also do you think we could bring some CBs in and move them or Graham to FS? Bodden/Lions, Bartell/Rams or McFadden/Pitsb are still out there to be had. So what do you think our options are? We need to still draft one , like a Byrd/Oregon besides what ever we do in FAgency.

I think the reason Omiyale is here is because it allows them flexability as to what they do on the offensive line and he has a upside. Williams is more of a question mark at this point than Omiyale. If Williams is a bust you can slide him in there, if St Clair doesnt resign you can slide him in there. If they take a high pick on a tackle he might not be ready to play this year. Hopefully he resigns St. Clair and still take a tackle in one or two of the draft. The more bodies the better shot of us having getting a quality line going again. Also we have Buening in the wings for a guard spot, he's twenty lbs. heavier than either of our guards right now and was a starter for a while in the league before he was hurt. If we dont resign St. Clair then I hope we go after Barnes to play RT or Willis from Seahawks has shown promise as a RT. So we still have options, hopefully he makes a play before those options are gone.

The reason I suggested St. Clair is because if the new first round pick isnt ready and Williams cant play we have St Clair and Omiyale to fill in at those spots and they both can play guard. We could get better FA's but they should be able to play more than one position to make us more flexable.

Since we now have another body to add to the mix. I think we should still resign St Clair and still draft a OT in the first round. We need as many bodies as possibe since we arent even sure Williams can play yet. So could this be our ofensive line? Williams, St. Clair, Keuntz, Buening, Oher with Omiyale, Beekman, and Garza backing them up. We cut Metcalfs ass.

Since I have lost my trust in the management end of this team over the last two years, I will say I hope he can play and they made a good move to get him. So where do you think they darft a tackle in the first round or second?

As just reported by Mully on the Score we have a new Bear. They ran out and got Frank Omiyale/OT from Carolina. Hopefully you have a strong heart to get this breaking news so early.

As the new GM I resign St Clair, and add in free agency: Weaver/FB Floyd/WR G Wilson/SS E Wilson/FS and my draft is: 1----Oher/OT-Miss 2----Krueger/DE-Utah 3---Jennings/RB-Liberty 3b--Follett/LB-Cal 4---Knox/WR-Alb Cristian 5---Boone/OT-Ohio State 6---McGee/QB-Texas A M 7---Gill/DT-NW There isnt anything worth getting in FA for a QB so we might as well develope one of the three QBs we have the roster. We add Oher who could play RT or LT if Williams dont pan out and have Boone to back up the right tackle. Move St Clair to LG to help bring along Williams and Bruening at RG to add more beef up front. We add a power back in Jennings and Weaver is a more effective FB. Our receivers are Floyd as the poss. wideout, Bennet or Knox on the other side and move Hester to slot where he belongs. We add Krueger for the mix at end, and Flollett to compete at the sam lb. We add the Wilsons to play or back up who ever wins the saftey positions. We hope Vasher comes back from nowhere land. If the rookies come thru? Playoffs (not ready to bring up the Superbowl yet)

I think either would be a good addition as long as you dont have to overpay for them. Coles is 31 and Holt will be 33 by the time he hits the field in the fall. I would be for letting Bennet develope and get a 2nd round reciever like Robiske/Ohio state and let them wing it. The most either of them will have to contribute will be for two years, and might leave some people on the bench we need to see if they can play. Any ways Holt hasnt been released yet from St Louis. There is no way were are going to trade for him.
