What the freak Knox? How many times do I need to see you cause picks. We had what should have been a big 20 plus yard completion and 3rd down conversion and instead it is a pick and Minny is driving thanks to 2 defensive holding penalties.

Tribune just reported it. This means it will be BB and a banged up Percy Harvin. Both of which are questionable. You have to expect to see a whole lot of Apete.

I'm going to stay out of this because I don't like predicting Bears losses. This game could go one of many many ways. Some good, some bad, some really ugly, haha.

TO is and always will be less of a problem than Moss. TO has an ego but he's never done anything wrong off the field and always plays hard. The same can't be said for Moss.

I completely disagree with this analysis. I thought this was by far the best our oline had played and despite the lower points, I felt this was one of the better games of the season. By and large we moved the ball well and protected. We also moved the pocket much more than we have at any point in the season and picked up enough time on blitzes to give Jay time to actually make plays on those blitzes (with his feet and arms). I think it is a game the Bears can build upon.

I'd take him. I want to see what a so called elite Wideout can do in our offense. Plus, we already know Hester is being used less and DA has been ignored so it would be nice to have one big target for Cutler to go to.

Cowher and Gruden top my list. I would like to let Gruden work with Cutler and I would obviously love Cowher. If I couldn't get one of those guys, I'd put out a full ditch effort to grab Harbaugh at Stanford. The guy has "it".

This will be a crucial 2 week stretch for the current administration. If significant improvements aren't made during this bye week, than the season is officially over. The thing that stinks is our defense is pretty freaking good.

Ultimatley, Jay will get to work with new coaches and I think that is what will be necessary. And our new GM will need to surround our QB with weapons, a quality line, and a quality coaching staff with whom he will listen and work with. You have to give Jay another chance, but at the same time, by focusing on oline and offensive weapons, you also put yourself in a position that if Jay doesn't work out, another person can step into a much easier situation. I still believe in Jay, but I do think the multiple systems and poor oline and our staff has hindered his development and might have ruined his career. He himself can look in the mirror and put blame on himself too, because he doesn't seem to be learning from his mistakes and that is a major fault.

Do you watch the games. Manning has been playing quite well at safety all year. Cutler was terrible as was Knox and Hester.

Hester needs to be off the field. Just go DA, Bennett, and Knox for the most part. Give me 3 wide-outs.

I don't care what happens on this drive, I'm just so glad to see that Martz might have finally figured out, 3 step drops and quick routes are hard to stop when teams are blitzing like crazy. When teams are blitzing and you call 7 step drops instead of short developing plays your screwed.

Against average lines, those blitzes would get teams in trouble. teams can blitz versus the Bears effectively because we can't currently do anything about it. Blitz like that against an average mediocre line and decent offense and a team gets torched.

Wow. Decent blocking skills? Are you kidding me? Are you serious? No way, no way at all. He is one of the worse blocking TE's I've ever seen and it is evident when you watch the games and watch all of the plays where he is supposed to get his body on a guy before going out on a route or when he is just blocking. In fact, in the Denver game alone there were numerous sacks where he was responsible for blocking the CB and he either A) whiffed completely or did a horrible job. Gets open? When, usually when I look his speed hasn't been a factor, especially at some of the gamesI've atended. Tough catches? He's made a couple nice catches but by and large never takes advantage of his large size or speed for that matter. And from a hands standpoint he did have that nice seam catch but I can count his nice catches on one hand and that means he isn't that good of a wideout (and I'm talking over his career). And quits on routes, there were two different interceptions thrown on seam plays down the middle where Olsen broke off the route inproperly because he was being jammed and both of them resulted in picks. There was another player this year where he gave up on a pass that was away from him, but in range, and because of that instead of breaking up the pass it turned into a pick. And he has a history of doing this.
