This is like Dan Hawkins saying that it was a matter of 7 to 10 plays this season and CU could have been a bowl team.... We know what we see on the field, we know we are horrible....don't break it down to specific plays...its the whole team that loses a game...not just one pick, or one non defensive stop...

There is a rumor floating around that Visine or other eye clear products will give you diarrhea...however if you research it, it is possible of causing dire effects....my guess is if this story is true, it wasn't antifreeze it was Visine...I don't know what kind of drink wouldn't look tainted with a hue of neon green in it....unless they got him an appletini...which right there would tell you not to drink it.

It is a very very slippery slope when deciding if Angelo draft picks would pan out or if the trade was the way to go. I decided to throw out the Angelo aspect and just look at the picks...also the Gaines Adams trade factored into one of those picks. The problem I come back to is what makes Jay Cutler a franchise QB...b/c up to this point he has shown flashes of brilliance but then made some stupid stupid mistakes...and that makes me think of Rex Grossman our last "Franchise" QB. You have to build a franchise to make a franchise QB. Something this organization has failed to do since the mid eighties. I feel if Lovie is kept around these next 2 years under contract it is detrimental to building a franchise...Angelo bears the burden of being the sole decider when it comes to picks but I believe his staff has a lot of say when going into drafts/trades. If they are intent on building something why waste 2 years of this QB coming into his prime to just go and shake it all up with something new and different. all and all I guess after writing i have concluded to myself that i am either or on the trade, however this organization needs a solid foundation to put the "franchise" title on any player.

true and I love the counter... but he acts as if Jay Cutler is the savior and he can do no wrong and that losing our drafts picks is not a big deal... He gets angry when I am like would I have made the trade when it happened yes....would I make the trade now knowing how many holes we have to fill...no... Unless the bears go buck wild with spending next year since there is no cap, this team is in trouble for years down the road.

Perfect... I am sick of Jay getting a free pass b/c everyone else around him sucks and he is the savior of this football team for years to come. I saw what everyone else did on this offense...the only thing that worked were screen passes to Forte when the Oline is supposed to let there men go...they are good at that....blame this game on receivers/oline/all around offense but I am blaming it on Jay...the D kept us in it to the very end... 17 INTs after the 9th game is NON-EXCUSABLE even more so because 5 of them are in the red zone....

I think you have to build around Cutler and Briggs.... With Hester and Jay's recent collaborations I think you have to keep him around, maybe put him in the slot when we finally get a true #1. Tommie seems to be on the decline and is a mental midget...see what you can get for him...

Honestly this should be a non post....Orton looked bad but that's what happens when he has no running game and he's going up against a defense with Troy....you can't rest a game solely on his shoulders... Why do you gotta hate the guy b/c he was a serviceable QB for us prob the best one since Erik Kramer....

Yea the bengals game was on TV here....and I only got a 40 incher but my couch is more comfortable than the bar stool (if i am able to find an open spot) plus i get to sleep a little later b/c the bar I go to is a Bears bar and it gets freakin packed.

The Bears game is on TV here this week. I got a nice HD and free OTA HD broadcast, plus a basement full of homemade beer. However, The games I have watched at the bar this year the bears have won, every game I watched at home we have lost.
