  1. us relates to a whole group of people, including one self. If I did not want to include myself, I would have put "all of you." Nice try though.
  2. Jerry Angelo >>>> All of us combined.
  3. McFadden is gonna be a Jet...
  4. I'd pass on Dunn. While I like him, he is 33-34 and has had 11 seasons, and for any RB, especially one that is as small as he is, that is lot of miles there. Plus, I find it ironic that for how much Bears 88, Drunkbomber, and others complain about Benson's YPC, Dunn's was actually worse.
  5. If Griese makes the Bucs roster next year, we'll get a 7th rounder... however, I have a hard time seeing Griese make their roster. I am willing to put money on it that they draft a QB first day, whether it be Brennan, Johnson, or Booty. Griese will probably have to compete with Chris Simms (if he can still actually play football) and Luke McCown for the backup role to Garcia. Actually, Griese has a good shot at being the backup because he is familiar with Gruden's offense, and is better then both Simms and McCown and more experienced.
  6. to be honest, I never thought too highly about him. I really don't care.
  7. Well, Norwood didn't exactly fit Petrino's offense, but he did finally get more playing time later on last year. With the fact Turner never carried the load and the explosiveness of Norwood, I am positive he will get plenty of carries.
  8. http://www.wgr550.com/bills/fullstory.php?id=3102 I found a link... so, it's not official, but all signs point to he's a Bill.
  9. judging by that list the only two receivers I would want are Hackett and/or Booker, and Jacob Bell for LG.
  10. no link yet, but we can scratch his name off the list... bummer, but a real good signing by the Bills. He compliments Evans really good.
  11. when thinking about it, in all likely hood he's gonna get cut.
  12. Because of the homerun threat provides and how he's been able to put up 6+ ypc in the past 2 seasons, and is only getting better.
  13. I don't know where people are getting these crazy ideas from, but the Falcons aren't trading Norwood. They love Norwood but feel he is more of a combo back then a no. 1 guy. He and Turner make a real good 1-2 punch. also, I'd pass on Dunn.
  14. No, he's gonna get an increased role. But he is not gonna be given the load. A threesome of Turner, Norwood, and Dunn looks pretty solid actually. I think they are gonna be a run first team again and set up the pass with the run.
  15. Nothing, they are gonna keep him. He and Turner are a good duo with Norwood being the speed guy and Turner being the bruiser.
  16. Ayanbadejo is all but gone now, IMO, and Williams and Okwo both provide a very important thing, depth and special teams ability. You can never have too much depth.
  17. I personally am tired of this arguement and would like to state that no matter what Berrian did before for us, he is an enemy and I hope he sucks balls.
  18. Side note: I'm not saying I would pay Berrian that much, nor would, nor do I think he is even worth that much... all I'm doing is saying he is better then a lot of people here give him credit for, and I would take him on my team anyday.
  19. that is a fantastic deal... even though I don't agree with all his moves, I love Jerry Angelo.
  20. no, I was actually one of the people defending Berrian all season. And I wouldn't say that Berrian is a bad route runner, but rather he cuts of his routes sometimes too early. And Blocking is the least of the things the Vikings are worried about with Berrian.
  21. TO, Holt, Harrison, and Driver are all better (maybe not Driver anymore), but I guarantee if a team was going to give a 6 year 42 million dollar contract to one of those 4 or Berrian, they'd choice Berrian. And Chambers, maybe, but I doubt it. He's older and has never really out pre-formed Berrian, except for one season. And Welker is so freakin overrated. If you replace Welker with Rashied Davis on the Pats offense, Davis could have a 70+ reception season.
  22. He's 6-1, about 180-190 lbs. Granted, it's not ideal size, he's still got good height. And he is more then a 1 tool player. Just because he is fast doesn't mean all he can do are flies. He has good quickness and can make cuts, and has the ability to get open. He was our no. 1, he will be the Vikings no. 1, and he would be the no. 1 on a lot of teams. So don't give me all this shit about him not being a no. 1 because he is a no. 1. And if teams didn't view him as a no. 1, he wouldn't be making an average of 7 million a year. I don't know what Berrian did to you or your family, but you are way undervalueing what Berrian brings to team and what he can do.
  23. Thos players you listed are all not better then Berrian. Bold = yes, better; Italics = debateable, and Welker = no. With the weapons the Patriots had on offense last year, I think you could put me in place of Welker and still rack up some catches. T.O., I thought about bolding him, but he is in the downside of his career. Holt and Harrison are both in the same boat as T.O.... The rest are debateable. So you listed, for sure, 9 receivers that are better, or rather, a team would rather have.
