HOW DARE YOU! Plus, the stats say otherwise about Griese and Grossman...
-
I'm not a big fan of the WCO, so I hope we hire someone who isn't a big WCO guy as our offensive coordinator.
-
I really like Clady and I could see him jumping ahead of Long... With that being said, Safety is probably our biggest need, but when you don't have either a franchise QB or LT... your hosed.
-
There ain't no Joe Thomas in this draft. Jake Long is the closest and he can't even hold a candlestick to Thomas. Joe Thomas will be the best LT in football for the next 10 years. Long, there's still question as to if he can play LT... I'd still love to get him though.
-
The reason why Griese isn't playing right now and Orton is... that's just common sense. We have to see what Orton can do. Grossman can throw a football as well as anyone, but he is inconsistent, gets into bad habits, and he can't read a defense if his life depended on it.
-
Griese has out played Grossman this season. Griese can better help the development of Flacco. Face it people, while Griese might not be good, neither is Grossman. Grossman can throw a football, and that is about the only thing he can do.

Just to bring up the idea about signing Faneca... the only reason why he wont cost 7 years at 49 mil is because he is 32. I see him getting at least 5 years at 30 million... Call me crazy, but I stay away from Faneca mainly because he is only going to get worse. If I go after an OLineman in this years free agent class, it's Trevelle Wharton. The Panthers can't afford to keep him, and I don't expect to see him making a ridiculous amount but rather just get a nice payday. Plus, I'd move him to LG and still draft a LT and move Tait to RT. I don't like the idea of 6'4" tackles, and I think he would be a good fit at guard for us.
-
My plan would be to use him as the slot receiver.
-
He will get a lot of money in the offseason, especially with the extra cap most teams have. We have two choices, sign him to a huge long term deal or franchise him, I'd franchice him.
-
It would actually be an offseason battle between him and Griese. I just put Orton at the top... cause I can.
-
I hate Fred Miller and Terrence Metcalf... I also hate our whole offensive coaching staff.
-
Well it might be overpaying to franchise Berrian, he will still command top dollar, and overpaying for one year is much much smarter then signing him to a long term contract and overpaying for 6 years (Moose, cough cough). Deny it all you want, but Berrian is this teams top offensive weapon. And if we lose him, we will be in a lot of more trouble.

haha... but seriously, that game was badly refed. -
Too bad Houston plays in the toughest division, or else they'd have a shot at the playoffs. I think of all the 4 teams in the division, Indy will be the first to really start to tail off within the next season or so. They don't have a good cap situation and are starting to get up there in age.

Anyone else think this game was fixed? Man, a bunch of no calls for App. St. and a bunch of calls on Delaware. -

He's played well today... just hasn't gotten much help from his teammates. -
Um, anyone who knows the WCO would know Grossman is not a good fit.

App. St. came to play... But Delaware has them right where they want them. -
Archuletta has no reason to even be in the facinity of her when he has this...
-
DBDB.... I see you have been infected by the sex canon Plus, Grossman is a poor fit in Tampa and the WCO.

Brennan will probably lead the league in passes knocked down. -
only one will be kept... they don't have the cap for both. You never know, maybe Clark won't opt out of his contract.
-
No, Simms is pretty much done in Tampa. He has heath concerns and will be 28 by the time next season comes. Plus, even back in 05 when he did play, he wasn't overwhelmingly good.
