It's not bad luck, its bad play.
Hester made a stupid decision trying to fair catch it while backpeddling at the 5.
Peterson got stripped.
Grossman made a stupid throw.
Then he held onto the ball forever with the pocket collapsing around him.
Nope, definitely shouldn't give up on them. They just need to stop sucking it up out there.
CAlling some runs and not panicking, I like it.
Grossman doesn't have the long ball today at all.
What's the breakdown so far today on runs vs. pass?
Seems like Turner is calling twice as many passes today again. When will he learn that this gameplan doesn't work too well for the Bears.
Miami was able to capitalize on a rookie mistake by the PR.
Chicago is the better tean and they need to prove it here.
Oh, and btw, I LOVE the frequency of commercials in an NFL game. Can't get enough of 'em!
Agreed.
Grossman's accuracy was clearly off that night, but there was no way to know it at that point. On any other night, I think he wouldn't have overthrown him.
Mike seems sort of injury prone. He's missed a ton of time in his career.
Hopefully he came come back from this towards the end of the season. The Bears will need his ferocious play in the playoffs.
